The Villa is a contemporary 5 / 6 bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa has stunning views of the bay and countryside. Swathes of water are a feature throughout this high contemporary home, with cascades and a 22 metre infinity lap pool, there is also an excellent fitness centre.



The Space:

The modern entrance, which is made of concrete walls and features small ponds, leads to a large, minimalist living room overlooking the bay. The living room has large white sofas and armchairs, and opens onto a terrace and covered dining area with a large table.



The well-equipped kitchen is located at the back of the living area, and ideal for a chef or catering staff. A smaller, outdoor kitchen is located next to the well-equipped fitness room, and offers a sink and wine cooler. Each bedroom is a cocoon of stylish comfort with a series of terraces for privacy. Views are over the rolling hills down to the blue sea, at night the scene is transformed by the glittering lights of St Jean and its glamorous evening scene. The spacious bedrooms each feature a full size bed (180 cm), en suite bathroom, and open onto a private terrace with lounge chairs. The modern bedroom each has a desk with a flat-screen TV above.



The Villa is very well suited to large groups of friends or families—each of the bedrooms is quite private, with its own entrance—particularly those who like to host small gatherings or celebrate an intimate event in high style. The infinity lap pool is ideal for swimmers, while the sundeck with 6 lounge chairs is perfect for sunbathing or admiring the view. The house also has WiFi, a gated entry, and U.S. and French satellite TV.



The Villa comes with house cleaning, daily continental breakfast and turn-down service every night seven days a week, A wonderful moment of relaxation is also offered to you once a week and per room, enjoy a massage in your own private Villa. The property has a sixth bedroom, available for your house staff if you are traveling with your babysitter for example. Chic and yet comfortable, the Villa is a level above.
