History of great customer service in the past with quick turn around time responses re requests. This trip was different. Requested early check in and no response. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice condo just steps from the beach. It was clean and cozy. There was plenty of space for all our belongings. The mattress on the sofa bed does need to be replaced as it is very flimsy and could not accommodate an adult. Our 10 yr old boy was fine on it though. We had an incident with the unit above us where the A/C overflowed and leaked through the ceiling. However, the maintenance guy was there in a flash and got it fixed. Team was extremely responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At 4:15 no one had contacted so we called. Was informed we would be notified when the property was ready. At 4:25 we saw the custodian and had him call the office. About 5 minutes later we received the info. It would have been professional to notify us that they weee running behind instead of letting us worry that our reservation/ check in may be void. Great condo, overall comfortable. As others mentioned you can hear stomping from the floor above. The shower head needs to be replaced as it just pours out in one stream as if coming straight out of the faucet. Another problem is parking. Someone is always parked in front of your door, including utv’s and vehicles without proper parking pass. Reported to the office and was insured someone would come mark the vehicles but they never did so we had the problem the entire week. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I needed to cancel due to my brother getting into a car accident. I asked if I could apply my payment for a future stay which was “no.” I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get that either because it was too short of notice. I think it ducks to have zero flexibility with a long time customer on such a serious matter. I have never cancelled a reservation prior to this. I don’t plan on returning for the foreseeable future.
