This fabulous detached villa for max. 4 persons is situated on a quiet side street of Mazarrón Country Club close to the back entrance to the club.

It has a light living room with Smart TV (you can watch your favorite movies and series with your own account at different streaming platforms) and a well equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic cooking plate, oven, dishwasher, water kettle and Senseo coffee maker.
There are two good sized bedrooms with ample closet space, both with a double bed.

The property has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
There is a central air condition unit to keep the villa cold in the summer heat (surcharge applies). In the winter, the air condition can be used as a central heating. The villa is also equipped with ceiling fans.

There is a private swimming pool (8x4m) at your disposal in the south-facing garden where you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long. In the winter (November - April), you can use also the hottub in the garden.

There is also a lovely roofed outside kitchen with a barbecue, dining area and a washing machine.

NOTE: The villa has card-operated air conditioning. The cards can be purchased on site. The system is very easy to use: you insert the card into the box and you have electricity. You can check on the display how much money is left on your card.
