Within a 5 minute walk of Plymouth City Centre this modern one bedroom apartment offers contemporary décor and has been refurbished throughout.

Allocated parking for one car is available on site. The property enjoys its own private entrance and benefits from outside space to the front and rear.

Local shops, bars and resturants are on your doorstep while a 10-15 minute stroll will take you to Plymouth's famous Barbican and Hoe seafront.

Gascoyne Place is located off Ebrington Street, just outside of the city centre.

Plymouth is a city shaped by the fortunes of sea, trade and war, nowhere more so than in the historic Barbican. Plymouth's delightful old port, full of narrow cobbled streets, Elizabethan warehouses, specialist shops, art galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The perfect place to find an original souvenir of Plymouth but no visit to Plymouth is complete without a visit to Plymouth Hoe. With unbeatable views across Plymouth Sound, it’s the perfect place to spend a sunny day, enjoying a picnic on the grass or taking a dip in the art deco Tinside Lido.

The flat was immaculate, very close to the city centre, very welcoming, had everything u need. The hosts were amazing providing tea coffee milk etc. Would definitely recommend it as a brilliant place to stay and will definitely stay there again.

Great apartment in Plymouth

A very comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment with all the amenities you need. Perfect location for us. Quiet street and only a short walk to Plymouth centre and the lovely marina/Barbican area with its pubs, cafes, shops, restaurants. The private parking was a bonus. Kelly's a very good host, she gave us clear directions/access instructions and there was useful information in the apartment. We'd definitely stay here again.

Don't want others to know about this gem

Gorgeous property very close to town. Benefits a parking space; front patio and rear patio. Immaculate and well equipped. Landlady is very friendly and nothing seems to be much trouble. Stayed here twice now and won't be our last visit.

Lovely place to stay

The apartment was brilliant. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hosts had thought of everything we may need - there were extra towels and bed linen, lots of hangers in the wardrobe (some places don't have enough). The kitchen had all necessary items and the cupboards were labelled. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bigger than expected and excellent cleanliness and facilities

So long as your not tall/big/mighty... it's fantastic. Location great. Easy to use, marked up facilities, clean (small) bathroom/shower room. Very communicable host. All good. N.b. you are a ground floor flat, expect some noise from above. I would recommend this (even milk, tea, cornflakes (and loo roll) on arrival !!)

Stunning Property in a fantastic location

Communication with the owner was brilliant - extremely helpful and fast replies. WOW the apartment was gorgeous. The fixtures/fittings were top grade. Everything you need you find there. Lovely patio area at the front with table and chairs. Parking space at the front (tight space but a godsend when you hardly need to use the car whilst there). Walk to most tourist areas in about 10 minutes, big shopping mall in less than 5. Will definitely stay here again 5*

Lovely flat

The flat itself is lovely and cosy, and the fact that the shops, restaurants and the Hoe are so close makes it a perfect place to stay. Kelly was so helpful and ensured we had everything that we needed! The car park was a squeeze but smaller cars might not have a problem.

Nice apartment

Lovely apartment just 5 - 10 min from the centre . Been here for 1 week and me and my family couldn't be happier with the time that we had together. Kelly was also very keen to make sure that we feel at home during our stay. If we have the opportunity we will be back, despite the 6 hours driving from Ipswich.

Lovely short stay

Kelly made sure we had everything we needed. There was tea, coffee, cereal and milk at the property for our arrival. The beds were really comfy and the shower had great water pressure. My daughter commented "I want to live here forever" ;D
