It is Located on the edge of a residential area of high level, surrounded by greenery on a hill tens feet above sea level.
This location combined with its low population density of the air, make it a place, quiet, silent, and fresh; ideal for a relaxing beach holiday
The Villa is just a few kilometers from important cities of Calabria (Catanzaro, Soverato) and close to historical and archaeological sites such as the archaeological park of Scolacium,the remains of the Byzantine cathedral of Roccelletta, the Norman castle of Squillace..
Villa is on two floors with a total of 400 sqm, fully furnished, sleeps 10, 5 room, 5 bathroom, approx 3000 sqm garden, large roof terrace.
For hilltop location and the infrequency of public transportation is strongly recommended to use the machine's own or rented. The machine is the only way that enables you to enjoy the beauty of this piece of Calabria offers.
