Cottage with incredible charm, 200 m from the sea.

Welcome to Les Colombines!
At the end of a small dead-end road, you'll come to an incredibly charming ‘chalet’ built in Vasterival at the beginning of the last century, in the heart of places loved by Monet, Pissaro, Braque and many other artists.
You're in the middle of nature, with not a car passing in front of you, and the peace and quiet is absolute.
A lovely shady path through the forest and the Vasterival valley takes you to the beach in just 5 minutes. Surrounded by the sea - which is 200 m away as the crow flies - the pine trees and the beautiful garden, the house offers you a pleasant and really comfortable place to stay.
On the ground floor, you'll find a beautifully decorated living room with its original fireplace and an open but separate dining room. Both open onto the huge 35 m2 terrace, where a large Nordic bath (very comfortable for 6 people) awaits you. You can admire the sea from your sofa.
The sleeping area of the house is on the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. There is 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds that can be combined to make a large 180 x 200 bed, and a small bedroom (6.5 m2) with a 140 bed.
The master bedroom has superb sea views and a separate, private toilet and washbasin area. A shower room with WC and shower completes the first floor. The house has 3 WCs, including 1 on the ground floor.

The garden is large (1800 m²), with beautiful trees and flowers, and was lovingly created over many years by the previous owner. No one can see you as you relax in the sun on the sun lounger.
At the bottom of the garden, a sauna (4 p) is waiting for you to relax.
What more could you ask for?

It should be noted that this house was rented out in the past (with great success), and then became my main residence: it has been improved (sauna, Nordic bath, terrace extension) and equipped as an inhabited house, not as a rental house...

Practicalities :
- household linen is charged at €20/person. This includes bed linen, 2 bathroom towels, 1 beach towel and tea towels.
- Final cleaning is compulsory and is charged at €120,
- Wood is provided for a daily fire and to supplement the heating of the Nordic bath (heated by the heat pump).
- Electricity consumption is invoiced at actual cost at the end of the stay.
- The garden is fenced, and cars can be parked inside the property (there is no covered parking).
Dogs are accepted (2 maximum), supplement of 5€ / day (minimum 35€ / dog).
