Hermosa casa de campo de 3 dormitorios con calle sin cruzar.

3 habitaciones, 1 baño y medio para 8 personas. A pasos del océano sin camino a cruzar. Acceso a la piscina comunitaria con parque infantil para los niños. Las familias han estado regresando año tras año para disfrutar de esta casa. Vistas al mar desde la terraza al aire libre. Casa de familia maravillosamente designada con porche protegido. Totalmente amueblado, electrodomésticos nuevos, no incluye ropa de cama o toallas. Mucho espacio para su familia.

Lavadora y secadora dentro de la casa.

Nuestra cabaña es un lugar tranquilo para usted y su familia disfrutar de la playa y todos los alrededores de la vida silvestre. Bonitas vistas, paseos por la playa, pesca en la playa, gran surf, animales salvajes ... A los niños les encanta esta casa. Tenemos una piscina comunitaria y un pequeño parque infantil.

Políticas de cancelación: Si alguien cancela la reserva y la casa se vuelve a alquilar, se aplicará una tarifa de $ 100 y se le reembolsará la diferencia. Si la casa no es re-rented, un pago completo tendrá que ser hecho. Gracias.

Location of the beach house to the ocean and town was perfect!! Far enough from town to be quiet but close enough to get to what we needed within 10 minutes. Beach was steps from the house and could hear the waves from inside the house. Coffe on the deck watching the waves was great!! Pool was right next to the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Beds were comfortable enough to crash after a day of adventuring.

It was a very nice place to stay. Accommodated my husband and I very nicely. We need at least two bedrooms for when he starts snoring. The third bedroom was a plus for the suitcases. House was stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, skillets ect. that was needed. You are not ocean front, but you can see a little of the ocean and very close to the ocean. It was on a quiet street when we stayed. The weather turned nasty, but you can't control that. Stayed 10/04 to 10/11. We will stay there again when we come back to OBX.

The property was nice but could use some upgrades that wouldn’t cost much. Fix the shower rod, newer tables in the master bedroom, provide at least one roll of TP and paper towels, garbage bags, small soaps on the sinks. The cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better but wasn’t terrible. All in all, I would stay there again. Very close to the beach but is not right on the beach. Though is described as beach front. You can see the ocean from the deck.

We had a great time at this cottage. If you've never been to Nags Head/South Nags Head before, there is a road running parallel to the beach, and then some roads running perpindicular, with 3-6 houses. This is one of those types of "neighborhoods." So while you're not "beachfront," so to speak, you're not crossing a streat to go to the beach, just like the description says. For me, its' the best way to get the beach front experience in an affordable way. It was just a very short walk past one house to get to the beach, and we could see the ocean from the porch and the beach-facing windows.The photo with this review is the picture from the porch. We went with our family of four, two older teenage kids, and there was plenty of room. Also, I loved the location because it's just a short drive to Jockey's Ridge and all the things to do around there.The owners are very responsive and give you all the information you need before visiting.

This was our 3rd year at this cottage, however we have stayed in Geri's Place for over 15 years. We love being able to walk to the beach and being close to the pool.

This is our 3rd year staying here. I love the ease of access to the beach and to shops/food in town. The pool area is great, too. It's nice with 2 little ones to not have to cross the road to get to the beach.

Amazing place to stay, would recommend

We came up during the off-season (Master's Week in Augusta) and had an amazing time. It is far enough from everything that you're not surrounded by tourists, but also you can get to Nag's Head in 5-7 minutes. Everything is clean and it made for a great home away from home for the week. I would absolutely stay there again, especially for the price.

Amazing ocean access, larger than expected!

We loved having our girls trip at this cabin! The full, well-stocked kitchen and smart TV in the living room were huge plusses. Master bed was decent however queen and full beds were very firm; supplied quilts and pillows were nice. Could use a bathmat however understand that with sand and children would be difficult to maintain. Tall chairs on porch were amazing however quite rickety, could use some reinforcement. Wasn’t the most clean it could have been, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryers, a fishing lure with dried up bait we found on the kitchen counter; everything else was fine. Overall great stay, if you’re high maintenance however may not be the place for you.

Perfect location

The location is so close to the beach that you can't go wrong. The house could use a little TLC but it's worth the sacrifice for the proximity to the beach. A wonderful time for family

Great Stay, can’t wait to go back!!

The rental property was very clean and well-maintained, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The location could not have been better, just steps away from the beach. The owners were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

Finally a vacation!

The enclosed outdoor shower, the beach practically at the doorstep, the pool, the closeness of family - our stay was great! If I could ask for one change it would be a broom so we could keep the house sand free.

Our Stay

We enjoyed how close the house was to the beach! Sitting on the porch in the morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was so peaceful. Plenty of room for us. Communication was prompt and over all I’m glad that I picked this cottage for our vacation. Thank you!!

A GOOD week at the ocean

The cabin was just as described in the information and on the VRBO account. We had a vary enjoyable week and the weather was vary good. We love the area and would recommend this cabin to anyone.
