Part of a 12th century abbey, this apartment is on a hilltop in front of Siena is surrounded by olive groves and stunning views. Beautifully furnished well equipped, there is a reserved garden with table and chairs and is possible to use swimming pool, in covid 19 time there are a timetable for using it.

The apartment is fully available with an outdoor area with table and chairs in the garden. To reach the garden you have to cross a road. It is permitted to use the pool, it is shared with the other villas and apartments.

The town of Siena has set a fee of EUR 2.5 per day stay per person excluding children under 12 years. This fee must be paid at check in and is not included in the cost estimate.

Lenzuola, asciugamani e pulizia sono inclusi nel prezzo. Gli animali sono accettati se viene inviata una richiesta preventiva. I minori devono essere sempre sotto la custodia dei genitori quando sono in giardino.

The "archi" is on the top of the hill just outside the center of Siena near to the most important tourist attractions of the city and of the country side. Amazing location and views!!!

Where to begin!!! The location and privacy of this lovely place is incredible!! The views out every window are breathtaking!!! We had the spectacular pool and view all to ourselves for our entire 5 day stay! The owners were simply wonderful! The apartment is so large with all you need in the kitchen!!! We will definitely be back!!! ❤️

Inserat stimme nicht mit dem Objekt überein

Durch Ihr Inserat war es uns nicht möglich zu erfahren welche Wohnung wir beziehen, es war von einem Balkon die Rede der jedoch nicht da war, es wurden drei Schlafzimmer angeboten es sind doch nur zwei vorhanden, wenn mann Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler gemeinsam laufen lässt, fällt die Sicherung raus und beim Nachbar wird es auch dunkel. Das Internet funktionierte am Anfang gar nicht, beim Nachbar war der Router und durch die vielen Stromausfälle die wir verursacht haben hat sich der Router dann mal mit hochgefahren. Im Inserat wurde ein Pool, ein Privatpool und eine Sauna angeboten, es ist nur ein gemeinschafts Pool über die viel befahrenen Strasse vorhanden. Wir haben die Vermieterin auf die Fehlinformationen angesprochen, sie hat das schon öffter gehört und sie hat diese Informartionen nicht an FeWo-direkt gegeben und wundert sich dass solche Dinge aufgeführt werden.

Lovely quiet location with great views

We had a great stay at one of the apartments, enjoyed its proximity to Siena but peaceful environment and stunning views. Everything we needed.

Nog wat kinderziektes maar toch heerlijk

Een heel fijn appartement. Het zwembad was veel kleiner dan verwacht en moest gedeeld met meerdere appartementen. Als we er alleen waren was het toch heerlijk. Er waren nog wat kinderziektes in het huisje, maar Aurelia probeerde alles zo goed en snel mogelijk op te lossen. We hadden geen auto maar met de taxi konden we prima naar het centrum.

Een aangename woning, ruime kamers, alles kan verduisterd worden in de kamers. We misten een airco en een terrasje om buiten te zitten maar dat wisten we vooraf. Goede ontvangst. Zwembad is aangenaam maar een beetje weinig plaats als alles vol zit. Kortom, goed verblijf.

Short stay in Sienna

absolutely fabulous place to stay. I would recommend having a car if you stay here, but it is not so far or difficult to get to form the city centre. Simple but beautiful old building with deep walls and high ceilings. Nice to have a washing machine and a drying line. Huge refridgerator! Everything we needed in the kitchen. I would love to have a whole week (or more!) to stay here. Pastoral setting, pretty country walking. Loved it.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren zwar nicht in der Villa sondern in der benachbarten Wohnung, diese ist aber für eine Gruppe von max 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Wunderbarer Blick auf Siena. Lage ist gut und ruhig, Fußweg ins Zentrum ca. 35 Minuten. Leider kein Freisitz direkt an der Wohnung, jedoch Nutzung des Gartens der Villa möglich. Sehr nette Gastgeber; gerne wieder.

Nice appartment in a calm area

Alessia and Francesco were very kind and helpful hosts. I stayed in House Archi together with a colleague for 5 weeks on a job-related trip to Siena. The house is much more spacious than it seems on the picture. It is perfect for two people but can easily accommodate up to five people. The kitchen is well equipped and although this it not mentioned in the description, there is a washing machine and a dish washer available in the flat. The House is located a little outside of Siena in a very calm, almost rural area. The views from the terrace and the living room are terrific, with the city towers of Siena visible on the other side of the valley in near distance. There are fig trees next to the terrace that provided fresh, delicious figs every day. You can easily reach the center of Siena within 30 min (walking distance). I can definitively recommend House Archi!

Siamo stati 4 giorni nella casa Gli archi. Struttura molto funzionale e accogliente. Come descrizione. Casa pulita e in ottimo stato. Proprietari disponibilissimi. Zona veramente tranquilla. Vicinissima a Siena e a tante altre meravigliose città.

Logement correct

Appartement bien équipé mais pas situé sur la propriété où se trouve la piscine et le jardin. Il faut traverser une petite route ainsi qu'un verger. Piscine minuscule (3.5 m x 6.5 m) pour accueillir le nombre de résidents si tous les logements sont occupés. A 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Sienne.

Bien

Location bien située, coin calme et agréable. Maison très propre avec de grandes chambres mais il n'y a pas vraiment de terrasse (il faut aller dans les autres maisons pour avoir une terrasse et le barbecue). La piscine n'est pas à côté de la maison mais il y a une belle vue. Propriétaire agréable et disponible. Par contre toutes les photos qu'y sont présentées ne sont pas de cette maison (la plupart sont celles des autres grandes maisons, seules les 4 dernières présentent certaines pièces de la maison).

erholsame Zeit in der Toscana - gerne wieder!

schöne Wohnung, neu renoviert, toll gelegen - sehr ruhig - fantastischer Blick auf Siena - komplette Skyline vom WoZi und großen Schlafzi! 40 min Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum - angenehmer, als Parkplatz suchen und Auto bleibt an sicherem Ort zurück. sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber; WLAN immer erreichbar in guter qualität nice appartment, completely new done, placed very quiete, fantastic view of Duomo and Skyline of Siena, 40 min walk to Piazza del Campo - avoids hazzle of looking for parking and own car stays in secure place. WLAN all the time - and works, no Problem what so ever. will come again! ciao, Michael
