Villa Paillote is a spacious contemporary villa with private saltwater swimming pool, located within walking distance of the medieval village of Sommières, in a peaceful natural setting. Designed for families and groups, this elegant property combines comfort, outdoor living and proximity to shops, markets and cultural attractions.
Set over two levels, the villa opens onto a landscaped garden of approximately 1,000 m², featuring shaded terraces, outdoor lounges and multiple dining areas. Large bay windows connect the interior living spaces directly to the garden and pool, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the house.
The saltwater swimming pool (9 x 4 m) is surrounded by sunbeds and relaxation areas, while a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue allows guests to enjoy long Mediterranean evenings outdoors. The property also offers a pétanque court, table tennis, trampoline and garden lighting, making it ideal for guests of all ages.
Inside, the villa offers generous living areas, a modern fully equipped kitchen with central island, multiple lounges and well-distributed bedrooms, allowing privacy and comfort for everyone. The layout is perfectly suited for shared holidays while offering quiet corners to relax.
