Beautiful view and Condo, poor equipment

The view and condo are beautiful The beach umbrellas were broken and unusable on arrival.Beach chairs are also in terrible shape. The back straps, head rests and closure straps are broken which made them uncomfortable and hard to carry.

Everything was just right, the location, the amenities, the beds, the view. Lots of dining options nearby, including a great bar and pizza joint just across from the property. Whales going by just off the coastline were the icing on the cake.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is very nice, clean and fully equipped. No air conditioning but not really necessary. Minor issue with WiFi fixed by the management. The only minor issue is that the garden in front is not really usable due to the constant presence of Nene and Albatros birds. They're very nice but they use the lawn as a toilet, be carfeul to walk there. Big plus is the fantastic view of the sunset.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo with our family of 3 and it was the perfect size and the service was excellent. Oceanfront was very patient and responsive with all of our questions before and during our stay. They were able to accommodate us with an early check in and offered a late check out as well. The property does not have A|C, but, for the most part, this was OK as long as we opened the windows and used the ceiling fans. It was just really hot when we first arrived as the windows weren't open and the fans were not on. The property was very clean when we arrived, there was just some sand in the second floor room that the cleaning crew must have missed. There was no cleaning while we were there, which we were OK with. Pali Ke Kua condos was also a wonderful place to stay as we had a great view of the ocean, including Hideaways Beach and Queen's Bath...you just have to take a short stroll from your lanai. We also had ocean views from our lanai. It is also located in a nice, convenient area on the north shore that is close to many attractions.

Wonderful view in Princeville

The condo had everything we needed. It was very quiet, comfortable, spacious, and had a beautiful view. There were walking paths nearby, a pool and restaurant, and free parking. The showers were great.

Blissful

I came to Princeville to visit with friends I personally don't like to stay in peoples houses when I come to stay or visit I prefer my own space. The property was gorgeous the neighbors were magnificent so friendly and very helpful. I'm so grateful for the lanai because I cannot walk upstairs. So I did not use the loft my friends came to visit me and they absolutely loved the place too they will recommend this property too thanks very much Sophie Lappas!

The views of the ocean, rainbows, whales were wonderful. The pool was excellent for our entire family each afternoon after we had exhausted ourselves at the beach. We also loved the secret beach just steps away. We loved the proximity to Hanelei. We loved everything about it for our Hawaiian vacation and will be back.

Nice quiet and clean. A little musty needed to be aired out. Oceanfront was very quick in responding when called for help..... toilet wasn’t working upstairs upon arrival And upstairs bedding was missing Nice amenities Nice pool area

Great Hawaiian Trip!

The condo was exactly as it looked in pictures...it definitely had been updated recently. The unit was well equipped with plenty of utensils to cook (not that we did more than breakfasts), but there was plenty of pots/pans, & spices if you needed them. I really liked having the washer/dryer convenience. The 1 & only complaint I had about the unit is they need to balance the master bedroom fan....other than that it was a nice, quiet unit/complex with plenty of space for my husband & I. Just want to make sure you are aware there are steps to get to front door & inside the unit (not a lot) but if you are not able to do steps you won't want to stay here.
