Great stay!

Martina's apartment was amazing for our group and located conveniently by the beach and surrounding shops for cooking at home. Additionally, the place itself was clean and spacious, I would definitely recommend!

perfect stay, appartment very well located, close to the beach and 15 min from City center with the bus stop just next to the building. No noise. Nice flat with all needed. A lots of nice restaurants around, playground for the kids. Very good stay!

very close to the most popular beach in dubrovnik, supermarket and resteruants are just downstairs, free private parking save your a lot time and money.

Glorious residence!

Very clean and comfortable apartment by the beach, with lots of good restaurants and bars around. Also the grocery store is at the ground floor which helps. The apartment is at the top floor and one floor has to be climbed by stairs. We enjoyed the stay in the apartment a lot!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Martina's place was great. It was clean, modern, pretty and in a great location. It was well-stocked and had all amenities. The multiple skylights brought in a lot of sunlight which is appreciated, the views were also nice. Something to note if you are carrying luggage is you have to take a flight of stairs between 5th and 6th floor. I have no problems recommending Martina's place!

High-end vacation!

Great location near the beach and a supermarket, very clean. Very detailed check in instructions. Overall good stay. A couple of things-- it is not stroller or wheelchair friendly at all, there are many stairs and it was a struggle for us with a young child. Also, the shower heads are absolutely awful, one doesnt work at all and the other droops so it is really hard for an adult to shower properly, this could be easily fixed by just replacing the shower head. Also, last thing, we were expected to take out the trash but no instructions on where we would find cans in the street which was also a stresser for us upon check out in the heat with a young child. They say they will fine you if you dont but dont explain how to do so.

The property was clean and modern and a very short walk to Sunset Beach.We had to keep our showers short in order to have enough hot water for 4 people. While the modern details might work for some people, it lacked warmth. We ended up spending time away from the apartment because it wasn’t a great place to just chill out and enjoy. Still, Croatia was so beautiful that we wanted to be out and about anyway. Great things: It was very easy communicating with the hosts. The location! Beach and restaurants within walking distance. And it’s a short, easy bus ride to the old city.

J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour à Lapad. La mer était juste à côté, il y avait beaucoup de restaurants autour et l’endroit était très calme. L’appartement était magnifique, très propre, confortable et paisible. Tout était impeccable, je recommande vivement !

Appartement charmant situé à proximité d’une plage, mais à 4km de la vieille ville environ (un bus passe à proximité de l’appartement et fait le trajet) Pas de contact direct avec les propriétaires tout se fait à distance (boîte à clé)
