This annexe cottage rests near Llysfaen, Wales and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
The Wren is a studio-style annexe resting on the outskirts of Llysfaen in Wales. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with one king-size bed with a freestanding bath, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, ideal for two people. Concluding the interior is a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. To the outside, there is off-road parking and outdoor storage, a balcony with seating and a patio area with a hot tub. The Wren is a superb getaway for you and your loved one to Wales. Please note property is not suitable for young children.
Amenities: Electric central heating and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars and storage for bikes etc. Patio area with outdoor furniture and hot tub. Balcony are with table and chairs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 2 miles, shop within 0.7 miles. Note: Although all on one floor, there are 8 steps up to the property. Please note property is not suitable for young children.
