The apartment comfortably accommodates three people, with a bedroom on the loft and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.



The property is located in the most beautiful part of the city, the “Addizione Erculea” district: adjacent to Piazza Ariostea, the Palazzo dei Diamanti, the School of Law, the Department of Biology and Evolution, and the ancient city walls.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING AREA. Living room with a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed; fully equipped kitchen with a moka pot, dishwasher, microwave, and conventional oven, plus various kitchen utensils.

- DOUBLE BEDROOM (on the loft).

- BATHROOM. Shower stall, hair dryer, and washing machine.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Iron, television, clothesline, and split-system air conditioning in the living area.



PLEASE NOTE: Recycling and waste disposal are MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.

TRANSPORTATION:

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in 40 minutes by car or taxi. Alternatively, you can take the shuttle to Bologna Central Station, continue by train to Ferrara Station, and from there take bus no. 1 to the San Rocco Farmacia stop;



- From Ferrara Station, you can take bus No. 1 to the “San Rocco Farmacia” stop, which is a 3-minute walk from the property;



- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and there are several free parking spots on the street along the main road.



USEFUL INFORMATION:

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The period during which these systems may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Key pickup is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at Via Montebello 46 B from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

After 7:00 PM, SELF-CHECK-IN is available (via keybox).

Check-in at the office is also available from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a fee of 30 euros.
