I am a tour guide and work with clients from all over the world on a daily basis. Giving information and directions is my job but you seemed rather tired and disoriented. We live in one of the most beautiful places in the world where hospitality is taught in the cradle. I immediately met you in the street and helped you with your luggage even on the stairs. My brother had guided you by phone to help you. If you wanted someone to help you with your luggage from the bus stop you should perhaps booked in a 4-5 star hotel with pick up service and bellboys at your service, and not a holiday house. If you wanted a driver who would drop you off under the apartment, all you had to do was book a private transfer. I think we helped you to get to your destination. It is described that there are stairs to access our apartment as well as the distance from the center. If you wanted a flat place you were in the wrong destination. Those who choose the Amalfi coast know very well that you have to walk and that there are a lot of stairs, as I elegantly told you, are the price to pay for such a beautiful place.
