Our family of seven had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was warm, welcoming, and perfectly laid out for a larger family — everyone had their own space and felt comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and fully functional, and the large windows filled the space with beautiful natural light. The location was fantastic and very walkable; we only used mass transit one day because we could get everywhere on foot. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples! 10 out of 10!!

Just was welcoming and checked on us a couple of times to make sure that we had everything we needed. The apartment was very comfortable and had all of the essentials plus some thoughtful touches.

This was an amazing place to stay. The location is great for getting on the ferry and for day trips. The host was super helpful. It was great to do laundry at. The space was huge for our large family. Highly recommend!!

The location is fantastic for most every thing you need. The apartment is so spacious that everyone has their space and it is very comfortable. The house is not well stocked so be prepared for a grocery shop when you arrive. If you are staying during Mosquito season....bring spray!! Those guys will find you! Also if you use Uber...some drivers don't want come down the street...so we ended up using the road at the end as our pickup spot and had better luck getting a car.

Great location and fabulous host!

My mother, sister and I spent 4 nights in Tania’s wonderful apartment. The location is perfect to reach all of the major sights and neighborhoods of Napoli. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and Tania is a perfect host! I would love to return.

Great apartment in a fantastic location in the centre of Naples. Very spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Tania as host was excellent, very friendly and efficient, even had the apartment ready for us early on arrival. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice Accommodation

We were a family of 6 adults and stayed for 3 nights. Accommodation is nice and spacious. It is close to a Metro Station. We did tours of Vesuvius/Pompeii and Amalfi Coast during the days and did not do much in Naples itself (except visiting nearby Spanish quarters and eating out locally in the evening), so can’t speak to how central it is for other locations but the Fort is nearby and it doesn’t take too long to get to the Central Station via Metro. Restaurants are available at a short walk. Tania, the host was available, communication was good, and she got an issue we had with toilet promptly fixed. Overall we are happy with our stay.

One week in a beautiful flat!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and in Naples. The Flat was more than we imagined and we had a beautiful week living there. Everything is very clean and comfortable! The host is also very sweet and easy to contact during the stay, we felt really at home in the flat.

Forza Napoli!

Tania our host was excellent, she was very accommodating regarding our entry time. The flat had everything we needed in a location near to lots of Naples fantastic attractions. We certainly hope to return sometime soon.

Lovely, Large, and Located Condo

This lovely condo is large and located in a great area. It is amazing how big the condo is. It is conveniently located to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The booking, communication, and check-in were great. Tania was a wonderful host from beginning to end. She met us there to explain everything and had some good recommendations. We would stay there again if we go back to Naples. If you go to Naples, be extremely careful when crossing the busy streets because the motorcyclists are crazy!

Great value with a few drawbacks

Large, comfortable 4 bedroom apartment for very reasonable price. However there were a few drawbacks. The immediate neighborhood is a little sketchy, but it is within walking distance of the port and some of the major sites. The other surprise is that the apartment is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator, but you first have to carry your luggage up a couple flight of stairs to reach elevator. The other issue of note is that it’s not stocked very well. Make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo, extra toilet paper, etc. The host was very responsive and was helpful in getting a taxi to airport which proved to be more difficult than expected.

About the neighborhood: it’s actually a business district, so it’s lively during the day and quieter at night — which many guests find relaxing after a day out exploring. Great Host!

This is a true 4-bedroom apartment - very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is a short walk or metro ride to all the popular areas. The kitchen was well equipped, and the air conditioning units were brand new, which was wonderful since the temp was 90 degrees every day. The washing machine was also brand new and clothes dried very quickly on the clothes rack. Tania was a pleasure and very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay at this property again

Wonderful start to our vacation!

Tania was a wonderful host! We were running late getting there to meet her and were quite frazzled by the time we arrived and she was very gracious. She showed us around, left us a bottle of Prosecco and invited us to stay later than the check-out time since no one was arriving after us. We really appreciated the huge space and we were all very comfortable during our 3 nights in Naples. Thank you again, Tania! What a lovely welcome to Italy!

Spacious and well appointed apartment in a fun distraction of Napoli!

Tania was the perfect hostess! The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. We were spoiled with space and efficient air conditioning systems. The comfortable sofas were the best spots to rest up after a full day of visiting Naples. Many tasty restaurants were mere minutes away, so was a grocery store and the metro. Naples is a great city, its people are friendly and the food is amazing (the prices are very reasonable). I would recommend this apartment without any hesitation thanks to Tania’s attention to details and to her guests.

Great apartment in Naples

The host, Tania, is amazing! Great, prompt communication before and during stay. She checked in several times during the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. Property is clean, well decorated, cool air in all rooms, well stocked kitchen. Location ideal for quick access to metro, bus ferry, sites, restaurants, and shopping! Tania goes above and beyond to make guest welcome - bottle of Prosecco nice touch! Disclosure - there are steps to elevator but key to use it! Thanks Tania!

Perfect gateway to Napoli

This is a lovely apartment near the Castle Nuevo and the Port in Naples. It is within walking distance of most of the sites and fun areas of the city. The apartment is large, sunny and well equipped. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one a bath. The kitchen has a large table and is well equipped. There are 20 marble stairs (with a landing) to get to the elevator. The only problem we had was that Naples is full of mosquitos in raining, wet water, so we had a lot of them. Bring insect repellent (DEET) if you are in spring through early fall.

A great Place to Visite Napoli

We have been 5 adults at the age of 23 - 72. Although the Appartement ist on the 5th floor we had no Problems climbing the stairs ,but it is great to use the elevator coming back tired from a days journy. The Appartement is clean an big enough for 8 people with a big table in the kitchen.Tania is a very kind and helpful host and we enjoyed her restaurant advise.Its a Great Place to visit the town by Metro and walking.I am glad we had no car.There is so much to see that a week ist too short. Thank You for nice Holidays.

Amazingly larger Naples Apartment

This property suited our needs perfectly. Our family needed multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was spotless. Please know that while there is an elevator (20 euro cents a ride), there are multiple steps before you get to the elevator. There is a washer but the dryer is out of service currently. The air conditioning units work great! The apartment is walking distance to multiple attractions. The grocery store is within walking distance. You're going to have to shop for paper products. If you desire American coffee you'll need to buy coffee and cone filters. We had a wonderful stay! Tania is very responsive.
