IL QUADRIFOGLIO Villa with pool in Formia - Lazio

Il Quadrifoglio is the guesthouse of a villa located at the foot of Mount Redentore, between the center of Formia and the medieval village of Maranola, in a quiet and secluded residential setting.
The guesthouse is nestled in a lush green park. It is surrounded by three hectares of lawns dotted with olive, lemon, fig, and oak trees.

The apartment (approximately 110 square meters) extends lengthwise on a single level on the first floor, and every window overlooks the swimming pool (16×8 meters), for the exclusive use of guests.
It features 3 double bedrooms, all separate from one another, each with access to its own private bathroom (each bathroom has its own shower).
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and window screens.

The apartment has a kitchen with a dining table and is equipped with all necessary accessories: utensils (including barbecue utensils), dishes, and pots and pans. There is a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle.

Outside the apartment, there is a large patio (approximately 180 square meters) with a dining table, sofas, and a seating area.

Wi-Fi is available for guests' exclusive and free use, and works even on the outdoor patio and in the garden next to the apartment.

There is an utility room with drying racks, a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron.

Guests have access to many outdoor spaces for their exclusive use: the large swimming pool, the sun deck with lounge chairs, a table on the outdoor patio, a ping-pong table, a small soccer field, and other outdoor areas where they can jog or work out.

Behind the annex is the main villa. Its location and spacious grounds guarantee guests complete privacy and seclusion.

Formia is a 1-hour train ride from both Rome and Naples and is also easily accessible by car. From the port of Formia, there is direct transportation to the Pontine Islands, both by ferry and hydrofoil.

Inside the home, guests will find suggestions on local points of interest (restaurants, beaches, places to visit) and some practical information. The host is always available to answer guests' questions via WhatsApp.

To avoid any misunderstandings, we would like to emphasize that OUTSIDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY (the villa is accessible only to guests who have made a reservation).

Use of the pool is permitted from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Before or after these hours, the pool may undergo automatic cleaning and chemical treatment, so swimming is prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment for health and safety reasons.
