With 55 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 3 people with one double bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living room.



The Migliarina neighborhood is well-connected via the train station, located 1 km from the apartment (a 15-minute walk).

The apartment is situated in a quiet part of the city, well-connected, and just a few minutes away from downtown.

Please note that check-ins outside the specified hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

The tourist tax is 2.50 euros per night per person for the first 5 nights. If you are a resident of La Spezia or under 16 years of age, you are exempt from payment. The tourist tax will be collected in cash upon arrival.
