Turismo de Portugal & World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) have distinguished us with the "Clean & Safe" and “Safe Travels” seals respectively, reflecting all our efforts on providing a safe work environment as well as presenting our apartments in pristine conditions. From the housekeeping / laundry to the welcoming of each guest we have implemented specific qualification and are complying with all the regulations and recommendations from both DGS (National Health Authorities) and WHO (World Health Organisation).

We have a COVID-19 kit at your disposal upon check-in:

- Hands disinfectant
- Surfaces disinfectant
- Single paper wipes

NOTE: in case you want to have the sofa bed ready, please refer it when you make the reservation. By default the sofa bed is prepared when the reservation is for 3 guests.

The Space:
This 1 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building, facing the back which means it is very quiet and private.

The apartment has a kitchenette with all the appliances, including:
* Microwave
* Cooking stove
* Oven
* Nespresso machine with capsules
* Tea kettle with tea bags
* Toaster
* Pots and Pans
* Dishes and glassware
* Cutlery

The bathroom is very generous in size and we provide:
* Hairdryer
* Bath and hands towels
* Shower/Shampoo gel
* Hand soap
* First aid kit

The sleeping space offers a 160x200 very comfortable bed with 4 pillows. Also, there is plenty of space inside the wardrobe with hangars.

The leaving space, you will find a dinning table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and access to a spacious terrace.

The TV is 42'' and offers a wide variety of channels as well as Netflix!

Guest Access:
Access is granted by Keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions.

We are available on Whatsapp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything and are 24/7 available on call.

We charge 20€ for every check in after 8pm.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on a very traditional and popular area of Porto. Praça do Marqûes, one of the most iconic squares in Porto, is just around the corner and it's filled with little cafes, shops and a few restaurants.

Metro line D is just around the corner and there is also plenty of BUS connections. In case you are driving, there is an indoor parking space that charges €10/24h.

The closest supermarket is 2 minutes away and walking to the hear of the city will take you 15minutes.

Getting Around:
If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.

TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will get in touch with you directly to coordinate your meeting point - €30 up to 3 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.

METRO- 30 Minutes
From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get
off at Trindade Metro Station. Than change to line D direction Hospital São João and exit at Marquês.
Once you get off the metro, it's a 5min walk.

BUS- 45 Minutes
From Porto Airport.
Between 6h00 AM to 8h45 PM, take Bus 602 direction Cordoaria.
From Cordoaria, walk for about 20min.
Between 00H30 and 05H30, take Bus 3M direction Avenida Aliados.
From Avenida dos Aliados, head up to our street.

TAXI- 20 Minutes
Coming from the Airport you will have to wait in line.
The apartment is at the address provided.

TRAIN- CAMPANHÃ RAILWAY STATION.
From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) you can take :
Metro any line to Trindade. Then change to line D direction Hosp São João, exit at Marqûes.
