Casa Iorana A is a welcoming two-story townhouse located right on the beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Iorana A you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the beach and of the sea and of the greenery. Casa Iorana A is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a private terrace, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Santa Caterina Dello Ionio Marina, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet). You will reach Casa Iorana A from the parking area going down a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately nine stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Iorana A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe and changing rooms. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and external showers. The access to the sea is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The facilities are available from the end of June until the beginning of September. Please note that the use of the facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by gazebos. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the beach and of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Other roomsLaundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the beach and of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window.
First FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
