The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and heating.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONBRIDGE APT is a historic home located in the centre of Argegno, just a few metres from the shore of Lake Como, a charming and historical place. Next to the building there\'s the ancient Romanesque bridge connecting the two banks of the river Telo, which flows into Lake Como just a few metres away. The house, exposed on several sides, offers a splendid view of the river, its valley and the point where it flows into the lake. BRIDGE APT is a tastefully and simply furnished flat. It is located on the first floor of a characteristic historical building. The flat is comfortably arranged on one floor. Upon entering, you are greeted by a windowed living room with TV and sofa bed, overlooking the river. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

The flat, which can only be reached on foot and has no private parking space (public parking spaces are 100 metres away), offers Wi-Fi throughout and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Although the flat has no air conditioning, it remains cool even in summer due to its location along the river.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGBRIDGE APT can only be reached on foot by walking a short distance through the pedestrian centre of Argegno. Public pay car parks are 100 metres away, where daily parking tickets must be displayed, which we sell at a cost of € 3.50, valid for 24 hours. ARGEGNO & SURROUNDINGS

Argegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature.

On Monday mornings, there is a market on the Lungo Lago di Argegno: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand!

There are 2 grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

In the centre of Argegno, a boat and bus stop will be at your disposal.

Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
