Villa Charlana es una preciosa villa unifamiliar de dos dormitorios que cuenta con una piscina privada y que está excelentemente situada en la urbanización Los Mojones de Puerto del Carmen en Lanzarote. A tan sólo 10 minutos del centro de Puerto del Carmen con sus enormes playas doradas y a otros tantos de la zona del puerto, donde se pueden encontrar algunos de los mejores restaurantes de la isla.

La casa tiene una planta baja con un amplio salón y cocina totalmente equipada. Una habitación con dos camas sencillas y un baño familiar hecho en mármol completan esta planta. La habitación principal con baño en-suite está situada en la primera planta, donde también encontramos dos magníficas terrazas con impresionantes vistas al mar.

La piscina privada está climatizada y rodeada de espacio para tomar el sol, una barbacoa y jardines rodeando el perímetro. Una pérgola cubierta permite comer a la sombra en los calurosos días de verano. También hay un parking privado con un portón eléctrico para aquellos que traigan un vehículo de alquiler.

Best small Villa we have ever stayed in.

We had a fabulous time staying at Villa Charlana - by far one of the nicest, best equipped and beautifully presented we have ever stayed in. Perfect size for us as a couple, although it would take two other occupants, I didn’t really want to share it with anyone else! We loved it so much! The pool was quite deep and probably wouldn’t suit non swimmers? Not that it was big enough for doing lengths, it was good for floating and cooling off. The Management Company were excellent, extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Fabulous Villa. Beautifully presented and well equipped. The wheeled trolley for shopping at Aldi, 5 mins away, is truly a genius idea! Pool small, deep but perfect for cooling off. Outside area great for relaxing and sunny, with covered area for eating. Sky sports and Uk channels on TV which was very much appreciated by my husband! We walked everywhere, despite the hill down to the front, it’s good exercise! Loads of shops, bars, restaurants. Especially loved eating in the old town around the harbour. Communication with the management company was brilliant and they were very accommodating on our leaving day when our flight was late in the afternoon, allowing us to check out later. Definitely the best small Villa we have ever stayed in, just perfect.

The villa was well situated short walk to the shops Really well presented and clean Pool was small but was great to cool off in . We would recommend the villa for four people . We were not flying till 9 at night and needed some where to store our luggage for the day . They gave us luggage storage details which was just down the road 13 euros for the day .

Had a lovely relaxing stay at Villa Charlana, would recommend. Its clean, bright, the dipping pool was warm, the kitchen well stocked with glassware and pots and pans, everything you need if you are going to eat in. Shampoo and shower gel all provided. Dishwasher and washing machine.

Home From Home

A beautiful villa, located a few minutes away from the centre of puerto del carmen. All modern facilities, easy check-in and checkout. Quiet and relaxing, all English channels complamentry netflix excellent WiF. Washing machine very handy plenty of towels even beach towels avaible. Lidi five minutes away, shopping trolley avaible, water, beer, and milk in fridge on arrive. All condiments avaible tea coffee etc. Host avaible at all times re queries. David organised taxi to airport for us, plenty of hot water, air conditioning great, pool heated at an extra charge. Thank you we had a fantastic relaxing holiday in the villa.

Having stayed at this property many times before we were delighted to find the house had been refurbished to a high standard and the poolside area was upgraded and looked modern and fresh. New features such as air conditioning and Netflix access greatly added to the appeal. The location and degree of privacy makes this perfect for us.

Perfect place to stay

A wonderful villa, everything was just great! It is exactly as described!

From the moment we booked Villa Charlana the communication was excellent! When we arrived, we were met by David who explained everything that we need to know about he villa and the area! We can’t praise him highly enough he certainly went above and beyond in making sure we had a fabulous holiday! He popped along a couple of times text and rang just to make sure everything was okay! He actually called with a shopping trolley which made our shopping at Lidl so much easier. As you have to buy all your drinking water in Lanzarote, this trolley was brilliant. The welcome pack was a godsend until we went food shopping. We only bought a few essentials, but there is a Lidl only 5-minutes walk away which had everything we needed. The tv has absolutely 100’s of channels so if you do fancy catching up on any of your programs, they are all available! The beds were extremely comfortable, good quality bedding too! There were lots of super soft towels too! The pool area is stunning and very clean, the pool lad John came every few days to clean the pool and make sure it was okay, he recommended a few restaurants which we tried, brilliant! There is a safe in the villa and a fabulous alarm system which is so easy to use. You could walk from the villa to the beach, the strip and the harbour in 10-15 minutes, which was great. I must add that it takes a bit longer coming back as the walk to the villa is uphill. Taxi’s are very cheap, although we enjoyed the challenge and the exercise. All in all I would highly recommend this villa, you won’t be disappointed!
