PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Cavalli is a villa with private swimming pool in Le Marche region in Vallefoglia, a town located a few km from the beaches of Pesaro and the treasures of Urbino. Thanks to its peculiar position guests can visit the main attractions and beauties of the region, from the Adriatic coast to Le Marche hills, passing through characteristic historic villages. The property offers a large garden with centuries-old olive trees and a porch with barbecue area equipped for al fresco dining. During the stay it is possible to admire the owner's horses, one of his main passions and recurring theme in the furnishings. The pool is with salt water.

The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with large windows and TV area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the same level is another living room with a double sofa bed, from which you access to a twin room (beds can be joined on request) with en suite bathroom with shower and a twin room (beds can be joined on request). An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a study area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. From the study area and from one of the double bedrooms it is possible to access a shaded terrace. Air conditioning is available on the ground floor in one of the bedrooms and on the first floor in the two double bedrooms. Window nets is available in all bedrooms.
