Friendly host, we were able to check in earlier, super great location, clean and cozy only small downside are the walls are super thin, you can hear everything from the neighbors, but that’s normal for old buildings but if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Really nice, big and clean apartment. Even though we arrived at midnight, the hostess(owner) still waited really patiently to give us the keys, walked us through the apartment etc.

We will definitely return

Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment right in the city center, in a busy pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and transport close by. The stairs are steep and narrow, but the apartment is cozy, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. We were met by the friendly host and he gave us lots of tips about the area.

This apartment is right in the heart of Lisbon.

Great restaurants and shopping all around and walkable. Nice views of the street and castle in the distance from the windows and balconies. The entrance is right in the patio of one of the many restaurants on the street and there is a cab stand right around the corner of the apartment. Thanks again! If you have trouble with mobility, the only issue is it’s up on the fourth floor with many steps.

Huge cockroach in one of the beds! Very steep and narrow stairs for carrying up suitcases. Noisy at night, both at the front and the back of the apartment.

Dear Anne, Thank you for your stay and for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered, especially regarding cleanliness, stairs, and noise, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please know that we have an assistance number available for guests to report any maintenance or cleanliness concerns during their stay so that our team can address them immediately. Regarding the stairs, we always provide information in our apartment descriptions, and we understand that carrying luggage can be challenging in older buildings.
