The condo was very enjoyable - comfortable, great location, and nice view. I didn’t get out as much as I wanted to because of the ‘atmospheric river’ of rain hitting the area but there were many things to do close by when I did go out and the condo was a cozy retreat. I would consider coming back another time, hopefully with better weather.

My daughter and I stayed at Ron’s place and couldn’t have been happier. Location was great, it’s in a beautiful and very safe neighborhood. The place was very clean and comfortable. Communication with Ron was excellent and he was very attentive. I highly recommend staying here !!!

Convenient condo in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood

My wife and I spent a couple days sight seeing and checking out the local museums. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and looking at the big old houses and the views from the balcony. Close to everything. We would stay here again.

Relax in Tacoma

We have stayed at this condo address twice before. I prefer it over any other we have stayed at when this one was not available. Always clean and the owner is available and helpful if needed. The location is close enough to shopping and fun so that you are not driving very far.

Peaceful Respite

Ron Tines, the awesome property manager, was exceptionally good because he is a superb communicator, addressing any question immediately regarding the property. The condo was lovely with Cuisinart cookware and Keurig. The Keurig pod holder was filled when I arrived. The location is beautiful with a view of Puget Sound. Parking is secure and access to the condo was seamless. Air conditioning and fans were useful in controlling the temperature in the unit. Just a reminder that the washer dryer combo is in the bedroom without the en suite bathroom. All appliances worked well. Dishwasher pods, trash bags, and paper towels were supplied. Abundant toilet rolls were available. Condiments and artificial sweetener were also available in abundance. This is a spectacular property at a very reasonable price. I shall be returning to this property on my next visit. The property is a beautiful neighborhood with challenging walks available. Police patrols were frequent. The condo is almost directly behind the Rust Mansion. Hospitals, restaurants, and gyms are close by. Thanks for a great visit!

Quiet condo with view

Quiet building in quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to U of Puget Sound. Spacious living/dining area with balcony and water view. Ron was great host, responsive and accommodating. Kitchen and second bedroom a little small but functional. Would stay there again.

This is a wonderful place ... except for the cobblestones - please read the review!

What else can I say other than the property was as described and more tastefully decorated than we expected? My husband declared these the MOST comfortable beds he's ever had in a rental (I concur). The kitchen was well appointed with a stock of coffee that made me almost wish I drank coffee again! The neighborhood was safe and very walkable (some hills depending on your destination). The view! Oh my gosh. We saw Mt. Rainier several days from the condo balcony - I took pictures for my resident sister who said "No way!" Appreciated the assigned parking spot out back. Hope to stay again.

Enjoyed the stay.

We had a great stay; property is just as described very clean with all the necessary for a few days stay. Our family of three were very comfortable, easy access, beautiful view, very nice neighborhood, quiet, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We definitely recommend it.

Excellent stay in beautiful area

Comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with balcony view of the Sound and within walking distance to Old Town. Located behind historic mansion in an historic neighborhood that is safe, even when walking at night. Convenient parking right in front of the unit, and no steps to climb.

We were visiting to help our granddaughter get settled in for college at the University of Puget Sound. The location of the property was very convenient and the view of the bay from the balcony with morning coffee was great!

Stay Again

Very comfortable, well appointed, quiet condo is in the best Tacoma area. Covered parking, comfortable bed, view of the Sound, even the provided aluminum foil make this a pleasant stay. Ron is a good communicator. If he continues with this Vrbo rental, we will likely stay here again.

Great location

Property was perfect for my wife and me. Great location in a very safe neighborhood. People out walking every morning and evening while we were there. Easy access from the parking space. Met our needs perfectly and we were there for over a week.

Perfect! We’ll Stay Here Again

I was looking for easy access for my 70 year old sister who has difficulty with stairs. I emailed Ron and he recommended the perfect unit! We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful visit with family living in Tacoma. I spoke with a neighbor renting a unit for a few days and they mentioned being return renters because the place is so nice and convenient!

Comfortable condo with a view

We were in Tacoma for a family wedding and this condo was the perfect home base for our stay for our group of 4. The condo is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Puget Sound. It is well stocked with basics like paper towels, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, making it easy to just visit with family and explore the area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walkable. Ron provided detailed information about the condo, neighborhood and places of interest, and responded quickly with any questions or issues. When we are in the area, we would like to stay again!
