Surrounded by lush forests, Villa Oliva provides guests with complete privacy and serenity. It is also a perfect starting point for exploring numerous hiking and cycling trails, including the famous Camino Krk, which is popular among nature lovers and active holidaymakers.
Villa Oliva was built in 1926 in an elegant Mediterranean style and has been recently renovated with great care to combine authentic charm with modern comfort. The property boasts a spacious 1,000 m² garden planted with olive and fig trees, enhancing the Mediterranean ambiance. The garden also features a private outdoor pool (30 m²) equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. Guests can also use a gas grill and a large dining table, perfect for family meals or dinners under the stars.
The apartment, located on the first floor of the building, spans 95 m² and is designed to accommodate up to eight guests. It includes three bedrooms (one master and two additional), all with double beds and ceiling fans for cooling during warm summer days. The living room features a flat-screen satellite TV and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment includes two bathrooms with showers and three separate toilets. The living area is air-conditioned for added comfort.

Great house, great hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were always there to assist with anything needed. The house had everything you could wish for. Very nice pool and great bbq area. Very central location to visit various beaches and cities. Many thanks for the pleasant vacation.

Owners were really helpful & we had plenty of communication. You do really need a car/hire car to get the best out of the location which is also very peaceful & quiet. It is also easy to find & set nicely back from the road. The little medieval town of Dobrinj is just over half a mile away & is worth a look & has a restaurant/cafe too plus a small supermarket open until 2pm. Would definitely go again to this property.

Super property which was exactly as advertised. Beautiful pool area, 2 separate terraces & large plot made this an excellent holiday stay. Property was clean & kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were really helpful & we had plenty of communication. You do really need a car/hire car to get the best out of the location which is also very peaceful & quiet. It is also easy to find & set nicely back from the road. The little medieval town of Dobrinj is just over half a mile away & is worth a look & has a restaurant/cafe too plus a small supermarket open until 2pm. Would definitely go again to this property.

Special place!

Januš war sehr flexibel und stets freundlich. Bei Fragen bekamen wir immer Auskunft und wenn wir etwas benötigt haben, dann mussten wir nur danach fragen. Trotz unserer Kinder (die sicher nicht immer leise waren), kamen nie Beschwerden an uns und auch die Hunde hatten viel Möglichkeiten sich auf dem Gelände zu bewegen.

High-end vacation!

Wir waren zu fünft mit einem Hund für knapp zwei Wochen zu Gast. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es ist nicht in Worte zu fassen welch tolle Zeit wir auf Krk verbracht haben! Ana & Ivica haben uns empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Alles war tadellos und unglaublich toll eingerichtet. Der Pool, die Zimmer, die Küche und der Grill haben uns eine tolle Wohlfühloase geschaffen. Auch wurde der Pool jederzeit von Ivica gereinigt, wenn wir nicht Zuhause waren. Auch wenn die Hausbesitzer genau nebenan wohnen, wird sehr auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste geachtet. Wie gesagt, eine rundum fantastische Erfahrung auf Krk! Wir würden diese Gastgeber jederzeit bevorzugen und empfehlen Sie uneingeschränkt weiter! :) Viele liebe Grüße nochmal :)

Die Unterkunft Oliva hat uns sehr gut gefallen, trotz nicht so gutem Wetter hatten wir mit 4 Personen genug Platz. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Familienurlaub

Dieses schöne Ferienhaus war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt, wir waren aus verschiedenen Teilen Deutschlands angereist und konnten so mal wieder vereint mit den Erwachsenen Geschwistern, plus Angehörige, eine entspannte Zeit zusammen verbringen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und den miteinander verbundenen Terassen haben uns sehr gut gefallen, auch für befreundete Paare geeignet, finden wir. Die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet, wir Kochen gerne und haben das auch ab und an im Urlaub machen wollen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen da. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen haben wir uns auch viel am und im Pool aufgehalten, bequeme Liegen, schattige und sonnige Bereiche. Unsere Hündin war auch immer dabei und hat sich im Garten frei bewegen können. Gassi gehen kann man direkt neben dem Grundstück. Am Morgen als es noch nicht so warm war, sind wir auch mal bis zum Meer spaziert, der Wanderweg ist fast durchgehend bewaldet. Laufzeit war eine knappe Stunde. Unten angekommen uns nach ausgiebigen Baden, haben wir uns dann aber doch lieber mit dem Auto abholen lassen. Dann konnten wir unsere Hündin auch mal guten Gewissens ein paar Stunden alleine lassen. Manchmal gibt es ja Aktivitäten die nur ohne Hund sinnvoll sind. Mit Auto sind die meisten netten Orte und Strände in 20 bis 30 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen gewesen. Ein mal sind wir bis nach Baska gefahren, das war etwas weiter. Hat sich aber in unseren Augen nicht gelohnt, da gibt es schönere und ruhigere Plätze auf der Insel. Die Vermieter bzw. Betreuer des Objektes, die auch nebenan wohnen, waren sehr sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar,danke dafür. ?In keinster Weise aber aufdringlich. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Wir empfehlen das Haus unbedingt weiter.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment (es wurden Reinigungsmittel für Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt) mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und zusätzlich seperatem WC, 2 Terrassen, welche von der Küche aus und einem der Schlafzimmer zu betreten sind. Der verglaste Vorraum ist vor allem in der Übergangszeit, wenn es am Abend kühl wird, sehr komfortabel. Der Pool hat uns mit einem Durchmesser von 6m und einer Tiefe von ca. 1,5m sehr positiv überrascht und war auch noch Mitte Ende September perfekt zum Schwimmen. Die Wohnung und der Garten inkl. Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss, sodass sich die Wohnung perfekt zur Erholung eignet, wenn man nicht im Zentrum sein möchte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Lage war für uns super, schön ruhig. Die Ausstattung war super wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Es ist schwierig diese zu toppen. Die Gastgeber sind total nett und sind im Haus dabei was wir ganz gut fanden. Der Pool ist auch nicht zu toppen. 10 Sterne für diesen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben unsere Unterkunft sofort gefunden und werden Wir herzlich begrüßt. Wenn wir fragen hätten waren sie immer bereit und geholfen. Unsere Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben, die Fotos zeigen die Wahrheit. Alles war vorhanden und sauber, gar nichts hat gefehlt. Unsere Schwimmbad war die Highlight für unsere Kindern.(jeden Tag hat unsere Vermieter fleißig sauber gemacht)Die Aufteilung von Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Von Küche aus gleich zu Terrasse. (Des war meine Lieblingsplatz,ruhig,luftig)Das ganze Haus wie es ist zum empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut und gut erholt. Ich darf die Feigenbaum nicht vergessen, wir haben uns satt essen dürfen. Mein Sohn redet heute noch davon.Und die Wein was wir als Begrüßungsgeschenk bekommen haben hat sehr gut geschmeckt, danke nochmal für alles!

Eine wunderschöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz. Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Der Außenpool und die Terrassen waren fantastisch. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier verbringen dürfen.

Speriamo di ritornare presto! Abbiamo passato tutti una bellissima vacanza.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con 7 amici e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, anche se un po’ distante dal centro. La casa è ben equipaggiata: utensili da cucina, stoviglie, lavatrice e lavastoviglie con rispettivi detersivi. La cura dei dettagli e la pulizia sono sicuramente il punto forte dei proprietari. La piscina, infine, è quello che ci vuole dopo una calda giornata al mare per rinfrescarsi. Consiglio vivamente! Ciao Januš! Volevamo ancora ringraziarvi di cuore per la bellissima esperienza. La casa è davvero stupenda e piena di ogni comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cura dei dettagli che avete, come ad esempio nel farci trovare mascherine chirurgiche di emergenza, lavastoviglie e lavatrice con i rispettivi detersivi. Un grazie anche per l’accoglienza e il rinfresco che ci avete fatto trovare in frigo al momento del nostro arrivo. Speriamo di ritornare presto! Abbiamo passato tutti una bellissima vacanza.
