Villa Dama is a spacious, modern villa just 50 meters from the sea, located in the serene and picturesque village of Klimno on the island of Krk. Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a spacious private parking area with room for three cars. From here, you access the beautifully designed terrace, equipped with a heated pool, an outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers, and a dining table for eight people, all set under a stylish awning. The awning can be fully opened or closed as needed, allowing you to enjoy shade or sun as you prefer. A Weber grill is also available, making it easy to prepare delicious barbecue meals. The entire villa is enclosed, ensuring privacy and peace throughout your stay.
Inside, Villa Dama spans two levels: the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious communal area featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room. The kitchen is outfitted with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop with an integrated hood, a large refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher. A special wine cooler is also available, perfect for wine lovers. The large dining table seats eight people and offers beautiful views of the pool and the sea through expansive panoramic windows. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy leather sofa, which can be converted into an additional bed for two, and a large 65-inch satellite TV. You can access the terrace and pool area directly from the living room, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor spaces. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and its own TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
An elegantly lit staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom faces the sea and includes access to a private terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view of the Soline Bay. This room features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a TV, a work desk, and a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are also furnished with king-size beds (180x200 cm) and TVs, providing comfort for larger families or groups. The shared bathroom on this floor is spacious, equipped with double sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine, making it convenient for longer stays.

Soline Bay, where the villa is located, is a fantastic place for leisurely seaside strolls, swimming, and cycling. Villa Dama is fully air-conditioned, with a central ventilation system that ensures a continuous supply of fresh air and optimal temperature throughout.
