We are delighted to welcome you to our stylish and well-equipped holiday home!
Nestled in the heart of Nice, just steps from the vibrant Avenue Jean Médecin, you'll find everything you need within walking distance: the iconic Promenade des Anglais and its stunning beach, Place Masséna, the charming old town, as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, and bakeries. With the tram right next door, you can easily reach the airport, and the main train station offers direct routes to explore the rest of the breathtaking French Riviera!
About the space:
The interior design focuses on both practicality and functionality, while maintaining a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout the space. Modern appliances and contemporary solutions make daily tasks easier during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a good selection of tools for cooking. The dishwasher adds convenience to everyday life, and the washing machine is especially handy for longer stays. The oven and microwave combination makes meal preparation effortless on your holiday. You’ll enjoy quality morning coffee with the Malongo coffee machine, and for tea lovers, there is a separate kettle.
Good sleep is essential while on holiday, so we’ve chosen high-quality sprung mattresses and light, breathable materials. The apartment accommodates four people: the living room has a comfortable sofa bed, and the bedroom features a 160 cm sprung mattress with a down mattress topper. The bedroom wardrobe has shelves and hangers for your clothes, and an iron is also available for your convenience.
The bathroom exudes a pleasant, luxurious atmosphere, and the shower area includes a bench where you can sit. You’ll find a hairdryer and a selection of hygiene products in the vanity cabinet for your use. The separate toilet with a window is especially convenient when the bathroom is in use.
In the living room, you can relax watching TV or enjoy a good book—on the TV stand, you'll find a selection of books in english, french and finnish.
On the balcony, you can soak up the sun, dine, or simply sit and enjoy a glass of local rosé wine. Nearby bakeries and the fresh food market offer quality ingredients for breakfast and other meals. We’ve stocked some essentials to get you started, including coffee, olive oil, spices, some tissue paper products and toiletries. The high-quality Monoprix grocery store is also just around the corner for any additional needs.
Instructions & tips for your holiday:
The apartment comes with a comprehensive information packet, complete with local tips and recommendations to enhance your stay. Clear instructions for all appliances are provided at least in english, french & finnish.
Parking:
Paid parking garages are available nearby if you have a car at your disposal. We recommend the Nice Etoile or Q-Park Notre Dame parking facilities.
Arriving to Nice & checking in/out:
Getting from Nice Airport to the heart of the city is effortless. The tram goes directly to the Médecin stop, which is just a short walk from the apartment.
After booking, we will send you a confirmation and detailed arrival instructions prior to your check-in.
We will meet you upon arrival to guide you through the apartment and share practical information.
We are available throughout your stay should you have any questions.
If you would like to store your luggage in the apartment outside the check-in and check-out hours, please contact us well in advance.
Please note that for arrivals after 22h we charge 30 euros and after midnight 50 euros additional fee.

We are a couple from Finland who moved to the French Riviera to fulfill a long-cherished dream. Now, we’ve opened our apartment for rent to share the same wonderful experience of the French Riviera that we've been lucky to enjoy. We absolutely love this region—the breathtaking scenery, delicious food, fine wine, rich arts and culture, and of course, the sunny weather year-round.
When we’re not hosting, you’ll often find us hiking along the coastline, soaking in the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. We also love decorating, and we hope you’ll notice the care and thought we’ve put into creating a cozy and stylish space for our guests.
One of the best parts of being hosts is meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming amazing guests, some of whom have even become friends. We’re excited to meet you and hope you’ll feel right at home in our apartment and in Nice.
