Incredible location. Right across the street from the beach. Clean, comfortable little house. Perfect for myself and a friend. Would also be nice for a couple's getaway.

Perfect for me and my teens!

The price and location cannot be beat! Not really walkable to anywhere but the beach, but that was fine for us. Tight quarters, but again… price and location to the beach!!!! Go to Thomas’ donuts! (Be ready for a line but it’s worth it!)

Very convenient to the beach, wasn’t expecting beach toys being in a closet so our kiddos loved that. I liked being away from the hustle and bustle of town. Loved the grocery store near by. Could have been cleaner. Bring dish washing soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Laundry room works just no money put into it. For the prices and amazing location and the owner-this is very well worth it.

Steps to the beach!

This property was a small guest house in the quieter end of laguna beach area and was perfect for a quick getaway with my spouse. We had no complaints at all and the beach was literally right across the street. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Our host was responsive and easy to check in with. Plenty of room and all the necessities were there. Things to note. As mentioned in the home description, the bunk beds are in what used to be a closet and there is just room for the beds. Perfect for a couple that wants their small children in the same room with them. But there is no partition between bedroom and bunk area. Would definitely stay here again!

Small & Sweet

A nice, small getaway for a couple looking to leave real life behind even for just a short a while. The general location is a definite winner in a beautiful residential area directly across the street from the gorgeous & relaxing white sands of Laguna beach.

What you see is what you get

The location is wonderful! The close access to the beach was very convenient. The cottage is exactly what is to be expected from description and pictures- small and dated. Communication with the owner was easy and fast.

The stay was good my husband and I had the guest house. It was nice and clean . And was great for the 2 of us . But if you sit out there not much air circulation. But my daughter rented main house in front of guest so we sit in front area much better.

Only had 1 issue when the door would not open for us on our last night.

Cute guest house, it was perfect for us, a place to sleep and shower. The love seat was dirty and stained so we just put luggage on it and didn't sit on it but I sent a message right away so the owner knew it wasn't from us, he said he was aware. On our last night the keypad door lock wouldn't work and we couldn't get it, luckily someone before us had left a window unlocked and that was the only way to get inside. We communicated with John right away so he was aware and was trying to help us figure out how to get insdie.

We went to celebrate our son's 6th birthday and had a great time. Location is right across from the beach and property is in great condition and smells fabulous.

Thank you for having us! The location and property for my family was perfect! Right across the street from beach access and not even 8 minutes from Panama City Pier. We will definitely be back!
