The modern apartment is a few minutes away from the lakeshore and is well-suited for guests looking for a peaceful vacation by the lake. The lake town of Toscolano Maderno with all its amenities is also only a short drive from here.
 
Guests have a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an active holiday by indulging in various water sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing and diving, or take to the nearby hills (Monte Pizzocolo and Monte Castello di Gàino) for trekking, mountain biking, horse riding etc. There is also a golf course at about 7.5 km and a tennis court at about 3 km. There are a number of nature and water parks to keep visitors entertained.
 
For lovers of art and history, the famous Vittoriale Degli Italiani, home of Gabriele D\'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (4 km) and the new museum of Salò (5 km) called \"MUSA\" will surely enrich their experience. The shopping scene of the lake town is also quite developed and steeped in history. Its weekly market takes place every Thursday where one can buy local products like wine, oils and lemons.
