Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite basin and WC and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area. To the outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture and a communal heated swimming pool and tennis courts, while on-site parking is available for one car. 2 Europa Court is the perfect base for a Cornish coastal getaway.

Electric oven and hob, fridge, small table top freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 1 x Smart TV with Netflix provided, 2 x TV, DVD, Wi-Fi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot. Designated parking for one car, further parking spaces available on first come first served basis. Small patio with furniture and communal heated swimming pool and tennis courts. Two small/medium dogs welcome *see green note*. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Beach 0.2 miles.
