Casa Aldina- historic centre, glazed roof veranda

This typical Italian fisherman's house extends over four floors and is located in the middle of the historic centre, right next to the Lungolago!
Everything has been renovated with personality, art and love.
In the fenced-off entrance area, right next to a small caffè bar, there is space under a canopy for bicycles.
On the first floor, there is a kitchenette with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher and a living room with a dining table, TV and a single sofa bed.
Continuing on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe and a bathroom with a modern shower and washing machine.
The third floor consists of a second bedroom with two single beds or together a double bed and another small very modern bathroom with a shower.
Equipped with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, it is ideal for 5 persons with the possibility of also sleeping on the veranda on the sofa bed.
The beautiful panoramic glass veranda on the fourth floor, the highlight of the house, is habitable and offers a magnificent view over the roofs of the old town. Perfect for summer dinners. Accessible via an external staircase from the third floor, it is equipped with a small kitchenette, small fridge, electric hotplate, wooden dining table, sofa bed and counter for aperitifs. The view is wonderful over the rooftops of Garda.
The large roof veranda and the central location, in the middle of the historical centre of Garda make it perfect for your holiday.
We also bring our guests a Pocket Wi-FI to use the internet for free, but the connection (due to the thick walls) cannot be guaranteed everywhere in the house.
We are happy to inform you about paid and free parking in the area, as there is no parking at the house.
The lake and the harbour can be reached on foot by simply crossing the road.


Check-in is from 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Mandatory taxes are not included (payable in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax for the municipality of Garda, € 2.00 per person per night (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: Surcharges apply after 19:00.

Optional extras on request (payable in cash on arrival):
- Bed linen and towels are not included and are chargeable, but you can bring your own and save on the final price. Reservation obligatory!
- Early check-in or late check-out is ONLY possible on request and subject to availability, additional costs will be charged.
- Additional single bed for a fee
- Baby cot (1-24 months) for a fee
- High chair for a fee
