This ~2,000 sq ft home offers a bright open layout with a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. It’s a great fit for families, groups, and especially remote workers or day traders.

The home also includes a dedicated office with dual 27” monitors and a printer, providing a convenient setup for work or trading during your stay.

As you enter the home, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living and dining area with plenty of natural light and room for groups to gather comfortably.

The living room features a large 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including pots, pans, utensils, oven, microwave, and BBQ tools. A dishwasher is also available for convenience.

The home features three bedrooms:
• A master bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and TV
• Two additional bedrooms with queen beds

There are two full bathrooms in the home, both including bathtubs.

A standout feature is the dedicated office room, equipped with two 27-inch monitors, a desk, and a printer — perfect for remote work or trading setups.

You’ll also find a washer and dryer available for guest use.

Outside, the home offers a private backyard with a BBQ area and a covered patio seating space, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet evening.

Guest access
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
Please note that the entire outdoors is covered by security cameras to ensure the safety of our guests, any attempt do tamper or disconnect the cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund, management reserve the right to inspect the security systems when found needed.

★ GUESTS ★
Only the guest and their party who made the booking is allowed to stay in the house.
Reservations made on behalf of others are not allowed unless previously agreed upon with the host (Company Bookings are welcome)
We reserve the right to verify the guest's ID before check-in.
* The House is limited to the amount of guests you have on the reservation, no extra guests or visitors are allowed without the host permission.

* The Reservation must have the exact number of guests on the booking request.
We kindly ask guests to adhere to the specified guest count to avoid any inconvenience or disruption to their stay, in case of a mismatch between the actual guests that arrive to the guests listed on the reservation ,we reserve the right to cancel the Booking with no refunds of any kind.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Speakers of any kind are not allowed. This property has strict quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home and not in the patio! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ PET FEE IS $100 PER PET★
