Its detached location in a green park creates a serene atmosphere, while the beautifully landscaped garden is an oasis for relaxation and enjoying outdoor living. Whether you want to lounge in a hammock between the trees, relax in the shade of the veranda, or share a meal with friends or family on the sunny terrace, this home has something for everyone. The garden accommodates two hammocks and is equipped with outdoor lighting, allowing you to enjoy lovely summer evenings. A new veranda by the large lawn provides a comfortable shaded area when the sun gets too intense.

The holiday home features a spacious living room with underfloor heating and a fireplace. There is a comfortable corner sofa and a smart TV with Netflix. The open kitchen adjoins the living room and is fully equipped. It includes a ceramic hob with two gas and two electric burners, a fridge with freezer compartment, a combination microwave/oven, a Nespresso machine, a percolator, and a coffee bean grinder. A dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, sandwich maker, and toaster are also available. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, and there is a table tennis table available in the accommodation. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed consisting of two mattresses (80 x 200 cm), and another with two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm). The bathroom includes a shower, a separate toilet, a washbasin, a towel radiator, and a hairdryer. A table tennis table is also provided.
