Apartments Klemencic _ flat with a hot tub (A2+2)

We are very happy to offer you this apartment. It is renovated during winter and spring 2020th.
In total it has 70m2 area: 35m2 the interior of the apartment + 35m2 private garden.
This apartment (A2+2, approx 35 square meters +35 square meters terrace) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), bath, kitchen and living room with extra bed (grey couch) for 2 more persons. Extra bed is a grey couch that extends into a bed 140*190. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep.
The kitchen and living room are one open space. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooking plate, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery, dishes…
Bathroom is with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. Apartment is also equipped with towels and bed linen.
The bedroom has a second Smart TV and separate air conditioner.
Living room and bedroom have underfloor heating.

From the living room is an exit to 35m2 fenced garden terrace. On the terrace is a hot tube with warm water. Also, the exit to terrace and a hot tub are covered with a roof. The roof can be closed and opened by a remote device. The terrace also has a table, chairs, 2 deck chairs (sun deck) and a gas grill.

This apartment has garden view, 2 air conditioners, wifi free, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine (not located in apartment), Smart SAT TV in every room, and insured parking place in the yard.
It was finished with renovation in summer 2020 (only is bathroom 15 years old).

On request, for your baby, in apartment I can put baby bed, baby feeding chair and baby stroller. All these items are free of charge.

Washing machine --> washing machine is not located in apartment, but You can use our laundry room which is equipped with 2 washing machines. Laundry room is located in the same building as this apartment and it has a separate entrance from the courtyard.

Iron and ironing board --> If you need it, you can use the iron and the ironing board. For now, we have 1 iron and 1 ironing board that can be used by all guests in all 4 apartments.
For your information: iron and the ironing board are not located in apartment, but they are free to use, in agreement with the other guests (and to the knowledge of the owner).

Bike --> You can use our bike if you will need it (bike is available to guests from all 4 of my apartments). Also, if you will come with your own bikes, I can offer you storage for them which can be lock. This bike storage is actually our laundry room which is located in the same building as this apartment and it has a separate entrance from the courtyard.
