Precioso apartamento de 1 dormitorio, completamente amueblado, solo necesitas traer tu propio cepillo de dientes. Ideal para viajeros, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, del distrito de los museos, de la Rice University y de la animada vida nocturna de Westheimer. El apartamento tiene un bonito y bastante porche ideal para relajarse. Hay un patio de estacionamiento en la parte trasera ideal para coches compactos, pero recomendamos usar UBER, mucho más fácil y barato. También estacionamiento en la calle no está restringido.

Fantastic stay!

This rental was perfect for me and my dog during our Thanksgiving visit - especially with the unrestricted parking, location, cleanliness. Max was incredibly communicative, super kind, and so helpful. I would definitely stay at this place again...and I hope to!

Nostalgic apartment

The apartment was nice and the personality of the building was historic. We enjoyed the nostalgia that was kept in the apartment. Only thing I would add is a floor length mirror somewhere. Very peaceful area.

Great space in awesome location

Apartment is as described and shown in pictures. We picked it for the location and were not disappointed - convenience store up the street and easy walking distance to all the best of Montrose. Max was super responsive and extremely accommodating (especially as our travel plans changed last minute). The apartment is simple but has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would definitely return.

Sweet Spot in Montrose

I chose this property primarily for it's location. My son has a summer internship and is living right around the corner from Max's place. The apartment was clean and pictures were very accurate. Max accommodated us for an early check-in and even provided an extra cooking pot when I wanted to make my son a favorite homemade dinner. Many restaurants are quite walkable, and it is an easy uber/lift to Houston attractions.

Great location

Modest, but adequate apartment. Good location and a safe area. While this is not a luxury apartment, it is safe, clean, functional and easy to relax in. We ate our dinners and breakfasts in the apartment and slept well each night. HEB is nearby and it is an easy 15-20 minutes from MDA. Wonderful museums nearby and an easy drive or cab ride to and Astro’s game.

This was our second time we stayed at this property and will request to return on our next visit to Houston. This has everything you need to be comfortable and is a great location. Most importantly, Max is very attentive to your needs and gets back to you quickly. He shows great concern to make your stay restful.

Convenient to the Menil, comfortable, clean. Had all we needed.

Overall we were very pleased. Very clean, attractive, quiet, comfortable, easy access and parking and host available for our questions. Would give a 5 star cept I don't do well with Febreze or whatever the strong scent was in linens. I don't know, maybe that's just me. Would definitely stay again if the sheets are not scented.

As advertised!

I loved the morning light. The location was just right for our purpose, which was to walk the local neighborhood to visit the Menil Collection and Rothko Chapel. Good heat, plenty of hot water. There is also lots of excellent food and drink within easy walking distance. (We especially liked Common Bond and Vibrant but there are more.) it was easy to rideshare to the downtown museum district. Our host was available and responsive to every question we had via text and the app, very much out of sight, but clearly keeping an eye on things on the grounds and so nice about our need for an early check in. Just great.

Great central location, nice neighborhood and very clean apartment!

We were in town for appointments at MD Anderson and this apartment was about a 10 minute drive in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the all the restaurants in the area. The apartment was very clean and comfy. We did have to park on the street, but never had an issue finding a spot right in front of the apartment. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and Michigan street doesn’t have much traffic so didn’t mind the parking at all! Overall we loved the place and plan on trying to stay there again on our next visit to the clinic. Max was great and very attentive made sure we had everything we needed and very easy to get a hold of.

Great Visit to Houston!

We loved our stay. Max was extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was within walking distance to many nice restaurants and bars. And the area was very pleasant and safe. We hope to visit again in the future. Thanks Max!
