This attractive Victorian cottage rests in Wareham, Dorset and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Elm Villa is a fabulous Victorian cottage nestled in the town of Wareham, Dorset. Hosting three bedrooms including two doubles and a twin, served by a bathroom, this property can sleep six guests. The ground floor is home to a cloakroom/utility room, a kitchen, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with an electric fire and a sunroom. Outside there is a side courtyard and a lawned area, as well as a designated parking space for one car. Elm Villa makes a fantastic base from which to explore Dorset. Please note- Dogs are not allowed upstairs, on furniture or to be left unattended in the property.

Please note: Window cleaner visits property once a month to clean the outside of the windows.

A short drive will take you to the towns of Bournemouth and Weymouth, or spend your days on scenic strolls along the Studland and Godlingston Heath National Nature Reserve.
