Luxury villa four brothers apartments are located in Podstrana, a town not far from Split, bounded by the Adriatic blueness which, by its transparency and intriguing colors, contributes to the uniqueness of the landscape.
If you want to enjoy the sights of the city of Split, only 10km away from the apartment, you can approach the bus station which is 3min away from the apartment or by car.
The total surface area is 600m2 and the villa consists of ground floor and 2 upper floors. The apartments have their own private parking, which consists of 5 parking places connected to the main road.
The villa is located on the first row by the sea and has a beautiful spacious yard where details of the nightlight give a special note. The exterior scales, which connect all the apartments, each with a separate entrance, lead to a beautiful green oasis with two palm trees that provide extra specialty. Also, stairs leads to the exit on the pebble beach.
Each apartment has a balcony with beautiful sea view whose colors are particularly pronounced at sunset. On the balcony there is a table and chairs, for those who like to eat outdoors or who like to relax with the noise of the sea, reading their favorite book or with a glass of wine.

The apartment is located on the east side of the villa on the first floor and it have 70 square meters. Upon entering the apartment on the left side of the hall are two rooms with a large double bed with nightstands and a TV, and on the right side are one bathroom and one toilet. At the end of the hall are the doors leading into the kitchen and living room. The beautiful grey and white kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. The spacious living room consists of comfortable couches, sofas and stool and large screen TV. From the living room you come out to a balcony with a beautiful sea view. All rooms have air conditioning. The bathrooms consist of a large shower, wash machine, hair dryer and towels.


Apartment is only few steps away from the large and spacious beach on the beautiful adriatic sea. On the beach you can find chairs and umbrellas so you can spend all day on the beach.
