It even boasts a hot tub that comfortably seats eight on the balcony, allowing guests to admire the idyllic countryside setting with a glass of bubbly in-hand. This detached home is perfect for large groups including families and is the ideal location for celebrations and family gatherings.

The ground floor comprises a large, modern kitchen, complete with Quooker tap, double ovens, double fridges + wine fridge, luxurious granite marble counter tops and all of the appliances and facilities you could need. This, paired with the dining table with 8 seats, makes for the perfect setting for large family meals. There is also a beautiful outdoor patio + seating area directly leading out from the dining room, through a sliding door.

In the lounge, you'll find a spacious and stylish sofa suite, with ample rooms for all of your guests. Curl up in front of the log burner in the winter months, and enjoy Netflix, Sky TV and other entertainment on the simply enormous HD TV. The sun room offers a bonus entertaining space, complete with a full size table tennis table and additional sofas to enjoy the views over the garden.

There is also a downstairs WC, utility room with washer/drier + freezer, and a warm downstairs cupboard for drying coats + shoes after a long coastal walk.

Upstairs, you'll find four delightful bedrooms, each with their own character and charm. The twin at the top of stairs benefits from views across the countryside and its own private en-suite bathroom. Next door, you'll find a super king double bedroom with private en-suite, and this room leads directly out onto the balcony with sea views

Along the hallway is the family bathroom, with a full size bath tub + shower attachment - great if you have little ones or fancy a soak in the tub with a glass of fizz one evening. The second twin is just along the hallway - the only bedroom that isn't en-suite, but it's just a few steps away from this bathroom and views of the surrounding greenery.

The final bedroom is the master suite, which offers a walk-in wardrobe and roomy en-suite bathroom, with a stylish shower. This bedroom offers the best view in the house, with a gorgeous panoramic sea view overlooking Wembury Point + Beach. You can directly access the balcony, where you'll find the huge hot tub. The hot tub sits at a balmy 38 degrees and features bubbles, jets and lights, so it can even be used at night as you watch the stars.

The gardens are also worth a mention, as there are nearly an acre of them to enjoy. You'll find a huge playhouse in the garden, with a double swing set, slide, monkey bars + tower for your children to explore. There is a large and spacious driveway which offers off-road parking for up to six vehicles.
