The contemporary design provides many areas to relax or dine indoors and outdoors, while enjoying the views of the sea beyond the beautiful heated swimming pool. The terrace has a lovely dining area as well as a comfortable summer lounge overlooking the pool and fabulous view.

The entrance hall has guest toilets and opens onto a large living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a TV den, the dining room and kitchen fully equipped with wine cellar, ice machine, large fridge and freezer, and a large centre island to enjoy breakfast.

There are two master bedrooms with kingsize beds on each side of the living room looking out on the garden and the sea. Both have an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower enclosure, double vanity and WC. A twin room with an ensuite shower room enjoys garden views from both sides of the house. Three additional independent bedrooms with TV, ensuite shower room, wash basin, and WC are located at the back of the villa: one with a kingsize bed and two with queensize beds. All have ensuite shower rooms. There is A/C throughout the house, WIFI, TV in all bedrooms and several safes.

Rates include 4h of housekeeping per day, 6 days a week.
