The space
Elixirium villa is a fully equipped houseof 80sq.meters interior space with a 4 acres private outdoor areas,
It provides two bedrooms, one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, a bedroom with two single beds, an extra bathroom with shower, a living room with a fullly equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor yard with balcony.
The yard overlooks the countryside, the sea and the mountain of Perissa (Ancient Thira & Prophet Elias Monastry) and is surrounded by olive trees.
At the balcony there is an outdor swimming pool (with jacuzzi), sunbeds and a dining area.
The house can accommodate from 4 to 6 guests
The villa offers private parking space.
The swimming pool is seasonal.
Housekeeping is included and its every two days.
