5 Bedroom Villa with Stunning Sea Views in Kiziltas area of Kalkan

The lovely five bedroom Villa Pine is located in the popular Kiziltas district of Kalkan, within only 15 minutes walking away from Kalkan center, public beach, restaurants and bars.

The accommodation comprises of a large open plan lounge kitchen dining area which open on to the spaciour pool terrace. Breathtaking panoramic views of Kalkan Bay can be enjoyed from here, and throughout the whole villa. The generous sized pool itself is some 9 x 4 metres and 1.60 metres in depth. There is ample al fresco dining space , sunbeds and umbrellas. Ground floor also offers a double bedroom ideal for elder guests.

The upper floors are where the two double and two twin bedrooms are located. Each of these has an en-suite and access to the large private balcony with its comfortable seating area, or the roof terrace - all with spectacular sea views!

Besides all the comfort and elegance Villa Pine is featuring, the large private garden will offer fun times for children with facilities like the trampoline, playground and landscaped seating areas.

Fantastic villa with stunning views and facilities. The communication from Kemal was quick, informative and very friendly. We would highly recommend a stay at this villa and the lovely Kalkan. We will be back!!

Amazing villa

We stayed at Villa Pine for 11 nights and it was simply amazing. Views were to die for from the pool, the bedrooms and the roof. Everything in the pics reflects how the villa is and Kemal the owner was always on hand to help where needed. The garden is an added bonus as I doubt there is any other villa in Kalkan with such a huge garden complete with trampoline, football goals and a children's climbing frame and swings. We have been going to Kalkan for many years and always want to try new villas but we all agreed that we would be more than happy to rent out villa Pine again.

Stunning!

Stunning villa with amazing views. The only slight drawback is that because it's on a steep hill a fair way from the main restaurant/harbour area we needed a taxi there and back every evening. But, taxi's are plentiful, reliable, and ridiculously cheap, and it is because it's on a steep hill that it has such amazing uninterrupted views. So overall the hill is more of a benefit than a drawback. I wouldn't change anything and will certainly use this villa again if going back to Kalkan.

Beautiful villa

We have just got back from a 20 night stay in Villa Pine. It really has a wow factor as soon as you walk down the stairs to the entrance you get a glimpse of the stunning view. This is our 7th stay in Kalkan and by far the best villa. It was the ideal location for us as a 5 min drive to town and the same to the bakery and Sunday market in Akbel. Kemal the owner was fantastic checking in with us to arrange the cleaning and making sure everything was ok. We asked for an extra umbrella and this was arranged and delivered the next day. The villa has a huge garden which our daughter loved playing cricket, football and on the huge trampoline. We couldn't believe quite how big the garden was. It was all kept clean and tidy by the gardener who had been every morning before we got up. All in all highly recommended for a large family oh yes the bedrooms and beds are large with lovely onsuite bathrooms. The pool was perfect too bigger than I expected from the photos. We had a great time and look forward to booking again

Lovely, well-equipped spacious villa with a fantastic view of Kalkan bay.

This was the fifth different villa for our visits to Kalkan and definitely the best. It’s a large property with its own garden which was great for an eight-year-old and the swimming pool offered a panoramic view of the Kalkan bay. Kemal was always on hand to help with our requests. Would recommend highly.
