Les Terrasses – a ★★★★ holiday home – is a modern wooden house inspired by traditional tobacco-drying barns. It sits in a quiet, green setting, surrounded by meadows and forest, just minutes from the bastide towns of Villeréal, Monflanquin, and Monpazier—listed among the Most Beautiful Villages in France. Located in Lot-et-Garonne, on the edge of the Dordogne, the area is rich in natural beauty and history.
Whether you're looking to explore or relax, this region offers stunning landscapes for walking, a wealth of heritage sites, rivers for swimming and canoeing, vibrant markets, fine food, and local wines.
If you'd rather stay in, the house has plenty of outdoor space for lounging, plus a heated swimming pool to enjoy with family or friends.

We fell in love with the Périgord and even more with the north of the Lot-et-Garonne, on the border with the Dordogne. After living in Normandy for a long time, we decided to settle here.
This original house, inspired by the old tobacco drying sheds, charmed us with its warm atmosphere and unique character. It's a place where we enjoy spending time with our family, children and grandchildren.
What we love here: the gentle way of life, the peace and quiet of the countryside, the friendliness of the people, the beauty of the landscape, the traditions that are still very much alive... Every day, this region reminds us why we made this choice. The Lot-et-Garonne has become our refuge, a corner of nature and tranquillity that we're happy to share with you.
