The Villa is designed for escapists looking for peace and tranquility along with the option to explore nearby beaches or the shopping and nightlife which Argostoli has to offer.
Terraces and gardens surround the villa providing spacious areas to relax and dine in shade or sun. Each of the 3 bedrooms and living areas open out to a terrace or balcony.

Private swimming pool measuring 32 square meters with outdoor hot and cold massage shower.

The pool, gardens, cleaning and linen are maintained twice weekly.

Location: Car hire recommended. 15 minute drive from airport. Local village taverna's a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. A number of sandy beaches are a short drive away with the nearest being Spartia which also has a good fish taverna with views across to Zante.
For those looking for some nightlife or shopping, Argostoli the capital of Kefalonia is a 15 minute drive away. Here you could also take lunch on one of the many waterfront taverna's and watch the loggerhead turtles swim by.

Main Villa: Ground floor consisting of modern open plan kitchen, dining and living accommodation along with double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. First floor consists of master king size bedroom with balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Guest house: Open plan kitchen, dining and living accommodation along with king/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
