Villa Il Fenicottero Salentino is a holiday home by the beach of Specchiarica, on the Ionian coast, near Manduria. It consists of 2 independent units and it accommodates up to 10 guests.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool in the garden, swings and table football, barbecue, air conditioning, washing machine, internet, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, tv, parking area.

villa is introduced by a garden with courtyard and parking area. It is
accessible from two gates, one that is pedestrian and one for the cars,
both characterized by beautiful flamingos. At the back of the villa, in
the well-kept garden, there are the above-ground swimming pool, swings
and swing seat, table-football, porch with dining area and built-in
barbecue.
The villa is divided into 2 independent but adjacent units: an apartment for 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms and the outbuilding for 2 guests.
The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, 1 double
bedroom, 2 triple bedrooms with double bed and single bed and a bathroom
with shower. The outbuilding consists of a kitchen with dining area, 1
double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

Il Fenicottero is in Specchiarica, in San Pietro in Bevagna, near
Manduria. The villa is 100 meters away from the beach and 2 kilometers
away from San Pietro in Bevagna with its amenities.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Pool (above groud) available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the hallway and in the living room.
