The Space:

South Cliff Apartment is a modern is a modern apartment with simple yet stylish interiors. The large open plan living, dining and kitchen space is a bright space perfect for relaxing and socialising.



The large bay window looks out onto the quiet street and public green. Watch the world go by or enjoy a peaceful read in the window seat.

The dining space features a round, glass top table with four fabric covered chairs.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven and hob, integrated refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. For those guests enjoying a longer stay you can make use of the washing machine and dryer.



The two bedrooms are decorated with a neutral colour palette, creating a calm space to rest. Each room features a double bed, bedside lamps, wardrobes or hanging space and a chest of drawers.



With premium bedding and freshly plumped pillows, a restful night is guaranteed.

The bathroom features a full suite, a large bath with shower overhead, a basin and WC.

There is free parking on-street outside the property. The parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis.

The apartment is amongst the treasures of South Cliff, including the Italian Gardens with their formal terraces, shelters and lily pond. The apartment is also within easy reach of all of the attractions. Not forgetting the seaside charm of the town, you’ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover in Scarborough, as well as arcades and ice cream parlours.



There are a number of beaches for you to choose from. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe!



Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more, or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, here you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. The Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park is perfect for all ages.



We highly recommend booking a seat at the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre to experience some first-class drama, music, films and comedy or make a splash at the Alpamare water park with outdoor pools, a wave machine and exhilarating state-of-the-art water rides.



Getting Around:

South Cliff Apartment is located in an affluent area of Scarborough. With only a short walk to the cliff lift you can enjoy the Scarborough coastline in a matter of minutes, Scarborough is within a 1 hours’ drive time of Whitby, Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey.



Scarborough Train Station is a short 12 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield.



There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.
