Bright & Airy 2BR/2 Bath Apt in Perfect Location - Pass the Keys
What a location! Completely refurbished 2BR/2BATH Apartment on a side street just off the most happening location in Belfast; Dublin Road. A 5 min walk will take you right into the city centre in one direction and Queens University in the other. With brand new furnishings, a smart TV to catch up on your shows, very comfy beds to relax in after a full day sightseeing, a full kitchen to cook up a storm, and a large private outdoor space, it is really is the perfect spot for any length of stay!
The space
Overview
We believe in the original Airbnb idea of offering people unique places to stay. That's why we have spent a lot of time and effort in renovating our apartment to offer our guests a truly memorable stay.
We live pretty close by and are available if you have any pressing concerns, issues, or just want a recommendation. Having lived in Belfast for many years, we are well placed to offer a recommendation for pretty much anything so please ask!
We believe Belfast is one of the great underrated European cities and if you leave with positive thoughts of our city, we will consider it a job well done :)
The Apartment
Regarding the apartment it is a self contained apartment in a superb location and comes with free parking. One room has a double bed and the other twins with very comfy bedding and fresh hotel style linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals. The main living room features a large wall fixed smart tv and lovely lighting, has two comfy sofas, and a dining table if you fancy being a bit fancy!
The 2 bathrooms contain everything you could need including a bath for a nice long soak after a hard day sightseeing.
Parking is free.
The Area
Located just off the Dublin Road so you will not be short of places to eat, drink and have fun. You are also a 5 minute walk to the city centre and to Queens University. In fact, pretty much everywhere you will want to go in the city is walkable so take your time and enjoy the different neighbourhoods as you go from A to B. For any recommendations please get in touch as we love to pass on our local knowledge.
Cleaning
To put your mind at ease during these crazy times, our apartment is professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in Belfast and they adhere to Airbnb's strict new cleaning guidelines.
Convenience
For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don't worry if you get held up!
Flexibility
Oh and finally, check in is from 3pm and checkout 11am but please ask us before arriving and we will try to accommodate a bending of these rules. As seasoned travellers we know only too well how nice an early check in or late checkout can feel!
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
