Bonita y moderna Vivienda Vacacional en Playa de La Arena, Puerto Santiago.

La Vivienda está situada en un complejo con piscina de agua salada, con vistas al mar y a la isla de La Gomera, donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar del sol. El complejo también dispone de aparcamiento privado.

La Vivienda Vacacional consta de un pequeño dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, un baño con plato de ducha, una moderna y bien equipada kitchenette y salón con zona de comedor y de estar. También cuenta con una agradable terraza, con vista al mar y a La Gomera, desde donde se puede disfrutar de una fabulosa puesta de sol.

Playa de La Arena es conocida por sus arenas volcánicas y es considerada una de las playas más bellas de Tenerife. Puerto Santiago es un pueblo donde se puede encontrar todo lo que se necesita para unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas. Con una amplia gama de tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías y bares.

I had a great stay at the apartment. Isabel and Vitor expected me personally and showed me everything. The contact was great and they answered really quickly to all of my Messages. The apartment is in a great location only a minute walk to the beach. The view from the terasse is great, you can see the ocean, La Gomera and the sunset. The apartment had everything i needed and was super clean!I can really recommend staying here!

My especially thanks to the host, who let me back into the apartment, when I accidentally looked myself out onto the balcony in the evening at 10 p.m. Vitor drove all the way (70 min in total) to release me from my unpleasant situation. Overall good but bathroom needs updating

Isabel and viktor were excellent great communication. Location was just a described although we weren't aware of the 50 steps to climb so if you have mobility problems this apartment is not for you as there is no lift. Bad smell from the bathroom which we have reported and sure it will get sorted but bathroom could really do with an upgrade but overall our stay was very enjoyable.

L appartement était très propre et confortable. Nous avions à disposition tout ce dont nous avions besoin, notamment au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine. La terrasse est très agréable face à la mer. La place de parking est un plus également et la piscine est très appréciable.

Lokalizacja wspaniała, 300 metrów do plaży, sklepy i bary również bardzo blisko. Duży i wygodny balkon z pięknym widokiem. Mieszkanie odnowione, wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy dostępne na miejscu. Na dachu był dostępny basen dla mieszkańców i leżaki z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Gospodarze otwarci, chętnie do rozmowy i pomocni. Obiekt bez zarzutów, nie mamy do czego się przyczepić.

Lugar especial para unas mini vacaciones Que estaba cerca de la playa, las vistas, la tranquilidad a en la noche y que tienes parking privado. Que tiene prácticamente de todo en la cocina y hasta tiene sombrilla de playa. Que pase calor un día, pero porque vino ola de calor. Aun así hay un montón de ventiladores que con eso se puede aguantar.

Appartement à 2 min de la plage, vraiment très bien équipé (au-delà de nos attentes). Très pratique avec un parking, une machine à laver, un four, un micro-onde et une terrasse. Cet appartement est confortable, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Il est proche de tout sans pour autant être dans une zone trop touristique. Vraiment agréable. L'unique point négatif est l'absence de climatisation... Malheureusement la température est difficile à faire baisser pendant la nuit malgré l'utilisation des ventilateurs.

The flat is brand new and was very clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. Isabel and her colleague were nice to show me the flat despite being a bit late. Very good communication with her throughout. Free parking guaranteed. Nice view on the sea. Amazing WiFi. Only minor comment is that neighbours footsteps can be heard a little but not sure if they were permanent residents and I am also very susceptible to this.

Perfect cozy apartment pretty much on the beach. Literally 1 min walk away. This apartment had everything I needed for a great stay. I was staying here while working remotely and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Fast internet connection, all the cooking equipment I needed, a balcony for soaking up the sun while working on the laptop. The apartment was quiet and in a quiet town which was exactly what I was looking for too. There is a local supermarket very close by as well for all the essentials. Overall, I really couldn’t have asked for more. In fact I’m due to return later in the month.
