Villa Azure is a remarkable 5 bedroom villa with 6th guest room in a separate apartment available on request, in the most impressive location of Sea Caves close to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park, an area of immense natural beauty, including the amazing Lara turtle nesting beach, but is only a 10 minute drive to the life and soul of the area – Coral Bay – with its famous blue flag beaches and lively strip full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops.

Villa Azure is ultra modern, very secluded and private with the most amazing vista. It is set over 3 floors with a utility room on the lower ground floor with top of the range Miele washers, dryers and additional fridge/freezers. The ground floor boasts magnificent floor to ceiling picture windows to drink in those stunning views, 2 living rooms, a high-end kitchen with all the facilities you will need including 2 ovens, large fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers and microwave, 6 metre long breakfast bar and formal dining area. Here you will find the first 2 of 5 bedrooms, being a double en suite with amazing sea views and one with 2 sets of luxury and extra wide bunk-beds plus a separate shower room.

The first floor houses 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has 2 sets of luxury and extra wide bunk beds with fabulous terrace overlooking the magnificent Mediterranean sea plus separate shower room. There is a wonderfully designed double master bedroom (with 2 double beds) that can be divided by a sliding soundproof wall, creating an additional bedroom. Both rooms feature their own private en suite bathrooms, each complemented by large balconies offering stunning, unobstructed sea views.

Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. You can sunbathe around the very generous pool patio area before walking down the Roman steps to swim a few laps while building up an appetite to enjoy the wonderful al fresco dining area after cooking up a storm on the outside barbecue.

As an extra added luxury, our maid service makes up your beds 5 days a week, cleans the bathrooms & patios and changes the bed linen once a week.
