There are three bedrooms in the all-ground-floor property, consisting of a double with an en-suite shower room, a second double and a single, served by a bathroom. There is also a kitchen, utility, dining area and a sitting area with a fire. Outside you can find ample off-road parking and a patio garden with furniture. Summer Breeze is a wonderful family holiday home from which to explore Cornwall.
