Incredible host and such a lovely house! The swimming pool was lovely and warm and a real treat, as well as the heated blankets on the bed. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommended this to anyway looking for a peaceful retreat.

Very clean and comfortable would definitely return.The pool and snooker table were excellent.Plenty of room, good wifi. Even had electric blankets . Has good size freezer which I didnt expect.Perhaps some softer lighting in the lounge we used bedside light and some more seating in pool area ( only 1 in there)But definitely 5 star

Relaxing short break

This is a lovely place. Incredibly spacious, quiet, and situated perfectly to explore the Cotswolds. The amenities are amazing (we made very good use of the indoor pool - ideal given the heatwave during our visit) and the location is really beautiful. Communication with the hosts was clear and welcoming - we'd love to come back.

Had an absolutely amazing time here and can not wait to return.We loved everything about the property, such an excellent place for 3 16 year old girls and their mothers to celebrate their special birthdays.The pool was obviously a huge hit, but everything else was perfect too. The location was fab, really tranquil with squirrels and rabbits in the garden, however an M&S foodhall was within a 7 minute drive for supplies. The Chinese takeaway we had delivered from Mings was a real treat.To top it off, Peter was a fabulous host, we felt so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him.Breaks away really don't get much better than this, we made some magical memories during our weekend here.Highly recommend this property!

Old friends

We were a group of 4 friends who met at University (a long time ago!).We’re spread across the country so this location just off the M40 was ideal. The facilities are great. Where else can you find the exclusive use of a tennis court, swimming pool and a snooker table?! The owner’s communication before and during our stay were first class. Check-in was very easy.No issues at all and you can safely ignore other reviews about the motorhomes causing parking problems -they are blocked parked down the side of the house and off the road. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Weekend with friends

Weekend meet up with University pals… Peters place was a great place for the three of us to cook, eat, drink and also have some fun in the pool, at the snooker table, and on the tennis court! The place had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. Peter was friendly and helpful. The house is well suited for some beautiful areas for driving or cycling, and country pubs a plenty. Thanks Peter!

Great getaway

Great place to stay too relax and unwind with the family. Easy to get to off the motorway. Great facilities, lovely surroundings. The private pool is great! Definitely would recommend it

We have had such a lovely few days. The house was perfect for us; plenty of space indoors and in the garden. We loved the pool and the tennis court. Really well located. We couldn’t have asked for better.
